The apartment is located in an apartment building in the small village of Neppermin. It is a small 2-room apartment with bedroom, living room, bathroom and kitchen, with the possibility for a 4th bed as an extra bed. The place is located on the beautiful Baltic Sea island of Usedom, about 150 m away from the Achterwasser. Here you can find rest and time to unwind or explore the island from here. Kissen und Decken sind da, es geht nur um die Bettwäsche, Lakengröße: 160 x 200. Auf Anfrage könnten wir Wäschepakete bereitstellen, die Kosten von 20 €/Person müssten vorab gesondert bezahlt werden. Die FeWo ist im Erdgeschoss, im 1. OG darüber befindet sich noch eine weitere Wohnung, die im Sommer z.T. auch privat genutzt wird. Siehe dazu die Hinweise weiter unten.

You can find here an absolute tranquility.The house is located 50m from Wolin National Park (a great forest) and 1,2km through this forest to the beach. The beach itself: wide, wide, long, white sandy beach. In the house: a fire place+ sauna and 5 bed rooms (4 x double bed + 1 room with 2 bunk beds for kids)

Our small charming wooden house offers families or the individual guest a special experience of comfort and coziness, in the alcove bed for two people, by the tiled stove, at breakfast on the terrace and in the pavilion with lake views. In addition, 2 children can sleep in a bunk bed in a separate room. The extra bedding will be charged extra. We will be happy to inform you of the costs on request. The small kitchen is functionally simply equipped with everything you need.

Free use of 2 kayaks (single and double) and bicycles. No EV charging facility.
