Holiday rentals with a sauna in Usedom

Even though we were only there for 2 nights, we relaxed... surrounded by animals and nature. If you want to come to rest, you've come to the right place... Thank you! We will be happy to come back. 😃

We stayed at the place for 2 days and it was really just wonderful. Getting there was very easy, and the instructions on how to get into the apartment was also very clear. There is free parking space right in front of the building, but always very quickly. However, parking is very cheap in Poland, we decided to park directly in the parking lot that we could see from the room. We will definitely be back!

Small but nice, very clean, well equipped and with very nice hosts. What else could you ask for:-)

We really enjoyed our time at the Seminarhof and were able to switch off. Especially sitting by the water and letting your mind wander - simply relaxing. We will definitely be back!

Dear Susann, We were very happy to be guests in the old schoolhouse - thank you for the beautiful accommodation to enjoy a wonderful winter week with lots of birdsong and waves on the doorstep. We brought firewood with us. In the kitchen we found everything we needed for extensive cooking on vacation and otherwise we lacked nothing in the apartment. We felt very comfortable in the small room! The history alone is very interesting, if you consider that this house is over 300 years old. It has been preserved with so much attention to detail, ... really beautiful! The property is also very pretty, really big with horses and goats and a lot of garden and all right on the beach with private beach access with beach chairs! Fantastic!!! We were here with our grandson, and there was a lot to discover in the large garden, there was also a small playground! We were there for 3 nights and would have liked to stay longer:)

We had an all-around perfect stay! The place was super equipped – there was really nothing missing. Everything was modern, clean and furnished with a lot of love for detail. The spa area was particularly great, which made our stay even more relaxing. The newly opened kiosk in the lower part of the building was ideal for a few snacks, a quick dinner or even for the fresh, daily rolls in the morning. The location is ideal for exploring the surroundings, and thanks to the great communication from start to finish, we felt well taken care of at all times. The hosts Danuta & Jens are super friendly and also provided us with current and personal excursion tips as well as great restaurant recommendations. We would come back anytime – highly recommended! We were very pleased to spend our vacation with you and wish you only the best for the future, thank you very much.

We had a wonderful extended weekend at Dominik's place. This is very high-quality, at the same time cozy, the wonderful sauna is of course a highlight and for us the free entrance to the ahoi Therme was also a big hit. The proximity to Binz, various activities such as the treetop trail and Karl's strawberry farm, the playground and the nice restaurants right next door completed our perfect relaxing weekend. Dominik was always easily accessible and went out of her way to help with any questions. We will be back soon, thank you!

We stayed in the apartment for the second time and this time especially enjoyed the cozy atmosphere in the apartment, with great evening sky, lots of wood in the decor and color-dimmable mood lighting. In the large, fortunately not too soft bed we could sleep sleep very well. The view from the bedroom is impressive, over the south balcony to the Achterwasser is impressive. In the cornered, bright living room there are various areas, so that families with children also have plenty of space. We liked to cook in the small but practical kitchen and sometimes baked, from high-quality pots to the waffle iron, everything is available. We've never had such a good TV in an apartment and sound system with Netflix and AppleTV. The Wi-Fi worked perfectly. Also in the bathroom with detergent for the Miele, shower gel, shampoo all organic! Thanks to the hosts Christina and Stefan, who personally prepare everything so lovingly. Maria and Helmuth

We had a great vacation and a very pleasant stay in Katharina's beautiful apartment. There were two of us in the apartment and there was plenty of room. The balcony with the extremely practical insect protection doors was very nice. It is very pleasant that there is a swimming pool, sauna and fitness room in the house. Although I would have liked the water in the swimming pool to be a little warmer. The proximity to the beach is very positive, within walking distance in three or four minutes and we enjoyed the beach chair that Katharina provides with the apartment. The train station in Zempin can also be reached on foot in 5 minutes and we have used the train a few times to visit the Kaiserbäder. The connection is very good and the ticket is covered by the tourist tax. In addition, the area is great to explore by bike. Great bike paths. All in all, we had a great vacation and I can highly recommend Katharina's apartment.

Beautiful apartment! We were there over the extended weekend with friends and immediately felt comfortable. Great hosts, exciting terrain. The apartment with a lot of attention to detail is a treat for the eyes and soul. A highlight was also the "sound egg" in the garden. The nature around it with ancient huge oaks, beautiful forests and vastness, we will surely come back. Many thanks to Sabwa and Lui.

The apartment was great, clean, the sheets and towels smelled git, the personal contact was easy and very open and friendly. We will be happy to come back.

Beautiful place to stay, gladly recommend it!

The accommodation is located in the renovated complex Prora. It is located in a quiet area, surrounded by a forest, immediately on a sandy, well-maintained beach. The spa centre of Binz is within walking distance. The apartment itself meets demanding requirements, with quality equipment. Everything was functional and well maintained. The apartment is comfortable and sufficient for a family of 4. Arrival and key handover was contactless, with very detailed and understandable information. We did not experience any problems or need to contact the owner throughout our stay. Check out was also without any problems. I can only recommend the accommodation. The only possible complaint is the nesting of swallows - martins on the balcony. We didn't mind it at all, it allowed us to watch the birds from the bed. But the owner probably won't be happy about it.

We stayed with our shepherd dog for a long weekend with Dirk, as the property was completely locked, the dog could roam freely and was able to let off steam well in the field behind. For my parents and I, everything we needed to relax and unwind was perfect. We are very grateful for the nice weekend

A few more great days. We were now with the family for the second time in the house after 3.5 years, this time in the summer. The large terrace to the garden is wonderful, the children romped through the huge garden and the house remains a jewel, you feel so incredibly comfortable and everything is available. Markus and Karsten have incredible taste and love for detail, receive many details in advance also for excursions and restaurants. The two hosts leave no question unanswered and are immediately available - thank you! It's hard to say goodbye to the house, but we'll definitely see you again next time.

We spent a weekend in February in Hintersee and had a great stay at Claudia and Stefan's house. It was tastefully and individually decorated. The large oven was great, which provided a pleasant warmth in minus degrees outside. The sauna was another highlight. The outdoor area is also spacious with two terraces, which we could not use now. Otherwise, we had everything we needed. Claudia and Stefan were great hosts, they provided us with all the information and were immediately available for small inquiries. We highly recommend the house in Hintersee and would be happy to come back.

We immediately felt comfortable in Janin's red cottage near the beach. The furnishings of the beach pearl are very well maintained and lovingly designed. Through the large windows we enjoyed the open view of the pine trees. Due to a clever layout of the rooms, the small cottage looks very spacious. Easy communication with Janine and the caretaker service, which we once had to use. Also, thanks for the flowers🙂

Easy check in, beautifu and clean home and great amenities including a cozy fire place and sauna in the house! I would give 10 stars if I can!

We were a family of six in the accommodation and felt completely comfortable from the beginning. The location is quiet, surrounded by nature - ideal for switching off. The house is very nicely designed, thoughtfully furnished and very practical for families. The sauna is particularly noteworthy, which was a real highlight for us. Many excursion destinations in the area can be easily reached by car from here. The small village shop nearby is also practical, where you can get fresh rolls, among other things. Absolutely recommended!!!

We spent a long weekend here with child , dog and 4 adults. The house was just perfect, very clean, nicely decorated and nothing was missing. The location both in the village(very quiet) and on the island (super central) is also just perfect if you want to relax but also want to do something spontaneously.
