Right across the street there is a small park with beautiful views over lake Zurich and the possibility to take a swim in summer. The penthouse is 20 mins from Zurich downtown by train. The train station is 5 minutes by foot. A restaurant and grocery stores are 3 minutes by foot. It is a quiet residential building and we ask you to be quiet from 10pm - 7am.

Rent my room while I'm traveling. It is currently a 4-person shared apartment. There are 2 bathrooms and a large kitchen-living room, as well as two balconies with good views. In total, the apartment has over 150 square meters. The kitchen is fully equipped, in the basement there is a large laundry room. The area is well connected by public transport and you can reach Zurich HB in 25 minutes and the airport in 20 minutes. There is an Aldi 2 minutes away.

The guest room features a spacious bed adorned with a floral-designed blanket. A cozy hanging chair adds a unique touch, while a mirror reflects light from the adjoining room. Soft textures and neutral walls create a calming environment.

Wir sind eine kleine Familie 55/20/18 in einem gossen Haus neben Wald und See. Wir freuen uns auf "weiblichen" Besuch für eine kurze oder längere Zeit. Ein tägliches Jogging in der herrlichen Umgebung ist immer ein neues Erlebnis. Ein gesundes Frühstück ist inbegriffen, Whirlpool steht zur Verfügung:) Fahrt vom und zum Flughafen ist möglich:) Mit der Forchbahn ist man in ca.30min. in Zürich. Wir freuen uns auf eine interessante und wertvolle Zeit:)
