Good apartment for a business trip, 20min from Ostrava

Quiet, secluded, small, but very warm (winter stay), stocked with everything you need for a short stay. A sunny room, a very nice view from the window, the possibility of going out to the balcony. Good communication with the host, clear check-in instructions.

Highly recommended! The villa is modern, located in a great location – quiet and peaceful, yet close to the entrance to the trail. The perfect place to get away. The owner is kind, helpful, and quick to answer any questions.

Very nice, clean, comfortable apartment! Great banya, trampoline and a place to barbecue. The only downside is the steep driveway, but the views make up for it.

Fantastic, simply. A wonderful view from the window, peace and nature around, and many trails nearby - I recommend this one along the river to runners. Artur not only breathed life into this cozy and beautiful place, but he is also an extremely helpful and communicative host. Bravo! I recommend it!

I stayed here for a week and couldn't have asked for a better place. The apartment was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and had everything I needed for both work and relaxation. The location is ideal—quiet, with easy parking, and just a short walk to the shopping mall, train, and bus. The hosts truly go above and beyond: I arrived to find cookies, wine, and fresh flowers, which made me feel instantly at home. They also checked in during my stay to make sure everything was going well, which I really appreciated. The Wi-Fi was strong and reliable, making remote work smooth and stress-free. I’d absolutely stay again and recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful, well-equipped place to stay.

Great and very comfortable apartment. Inside, it's clean, tidy and pleasant. Equipped with probably everything that a family with children may need (washing machine, high chairs, basic kitchen equipment, vacuum cleaner, Wi-Fi and TV with channels for children). Great location in the very center of the city, yet away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Very welcoming host.

We stayed in this apartment for the 2nd time and were completely satisfied again. Everything was perfectly prepared and very clean. We are very satisfied with the new key safe solution which is really handy. Since we were in a traffic jam and arrived much later than planned, it was very pleasant that we could easily and safely pick up the key ourselves. This made our stay much easier. Thank you for this good solution! The location is ideal to do many activities, such as visiting castles and parks. We enjoyed the time very much and would be happy to come back! Completely happy

Highly recommend Tomasz’s property! It was way better than expected, and the food at Mamma Mia’s was excellent! The apartment is beautiful and the grounds around the home and hot tub are very pretty.

Very nice stay. Beautiful quiet ghostly place which was a good contrast from our trip to Auschwitz. What we had a lot of impressions of and could recover from. What a fantastic extra was the delicious blueberry cake and the delicious liqueur that we received at the welcome. We definitely recommend this place to people who want to go this way too!

The stay in the apartment went very well, Mr. Jacek is very communicative, he answered all the questions he asked. The only thing that didn't match was that the description said that there was a hot tub in the apartment and there was a hot tub, which was misleading us. Overall a very nice, clean place. Great restaurants nearby;)

Fabulous apartment. Well equipped with everything we need it. Comfy beds and the sofas were very good too. Nice balcony. Great shower. Nice spa we used a lot. Easy to check in and Roman is very friendly and responsive host. Easy to talk and nothing is too much to ask for. Spotless clean. Nice fluffy towels. Washing machine is in the apartment for those who are travelling light. Close to the bus stop however only 15 minutes walk to the town centre. We love it.

The accommodation was a real experience. It was beautiful and clean. Nicer than the photos. It was luxury and I had a hard time leaving there. I would prefer to stay. Everything is a stone throw away - groceries, downtown, train. It was really cool THANK YOU
