We are 1 mile from Trax train station in DayBreak, and 16-20 miles to 4 different ski resorts. We are 10 miles to South Town Expo center. The guest area is the main level, about 900 square feet. I don't charge cleaning fees. Requests with kids ages 2-12 will be declined for their safety, no exceptions. I live in the separated basement with my dog; we don't go into the guest space. Stays 28+ days require a signed lease.
