Condo holiday rentals in Utah Lake

My daughter and I booked this as a space for her to experience Utah spring snowboarding and see what the area would be like for a potential move down the line. She was able to feel at home, navigate the area well with the convenient bus system to get to and from the mountains and town. She enjoyed having a full kitchen area, washer and dryer and said the views from condo were beautiful. Ingrid communicated clearly and helped me as a mom feel comfortable knowing my daughter was in a clean, safe easy to navigate area.

Great host, great communication, great location. Recommended. It is a small space so just make sure you've got as much room as you need.

This place was one of the most well stocked places that we have been in. All the needs plus some extras. Very clean and a great location! We would totally book again and probably will.

I loved my stay here very clean it was just like the pictures shown easy to get to places restaurants close by love the trail nice to go walking went out to the pools everything about my stay was great would love to come back for another get away ! 👌🏻

Park City is always great, and this little studio is really a cozy spot to stay. We loved our stay and wouldn't hesitate to stay again. Something to note however, the building does have an elevator but it is not wheelchair or stroller accessible due to 3 stairs that sit in the hallway before the unit. Most of the units in this building seem to be short term rentals as nearly everyone we spoke to was renting and PC is a tourist destination, so while there is plenty of parking you may end up in the next lot over. The hosts are wonderful and respond promptly, you can tell that the unit is being cleaned and kept up. Highly recommend.

Eric was fantastic. The previous renter identified an issue that was resolved prior to our entry. Very responsive owner who dod what they said they would do.

We had a wonderful stay at Stephanie and Scott’s place in Park City! The home was extremely quaint, clean, and cozy—perfectly appointed and thoughtfully designed for a ski vacation. It had everything we needed and more. The location couldn’t have been better—close to the slopes and conveniently near many other activities. Stephanie and Scott were incredibly communicative, and everything was clearly outlined in the house manual, which made our stay seamless. We’ll absolutely be back!

Wonderful stay. This was a last minute stay due to an issue at another place I was staying. Great communication, super clean, and very new and safe neighborhood (safe street parking around the corner). Very comfortable and great amenities. Also tastefully decorated. Remember that you have no direct control of the room temperature…but fans are provided so it was not an issue for someone like me that likes to sleep on the cooler side.

We had a great time staying at Rene’s place! She was communicative and provided very clear instructions. Her place was well located, a short 5 minute walk to the Park City lifts. The apartment was roomy, nicely furnished, and fully stocked. We couldn’t have asked for a better place and would absolutely stay here again!

Great place to visit Park City. Walkable to the free bus to get to the mountain or other places within Park City. Simple accommodations with a lot of amenities. It's like a upgraded hotel room. While I was present the dryer wasn't working but host gave me change for a dryer in the facilities and brought over a fan and already had plans to fix it.

My daughter and I had been driving for 10 hours from the Bay Area prior to arriving. We were a little exhausted and got lost. JENNIFER was great at getting us to her place. Once there, it was clean, comfortable and relaxing. It has a great location in the center of the city, and I walk to so many sites with ease. It was my first visit to Salt Lake City and very enjoyable. I can’t wait to go back and watch the Mormon Tabernacle Choir again. There are also many stores I didn’t get a chance to visit. Great selection of ways to spend money!

The Canyons Village is lovely. Parking was super duper easy. We loved the heated, outdoor pool and hot tub. The game room was fun too. The condo was very clean and nice. There was a sewer smell coming from the bathroom which was a bit off putting. And the curtains were not light-darkening which was not conducive to sleeping in later. We loved the robe and nice towels (& towel warmer.) We also loved the dedication to being eco friendly. We would definitely stay here again.

5 Stars This place was perfect! The condo was brand new, super clean, and located in a quiet area. There was plenty of parking, which made things really convenient, and having laundry inside the unit was a huge plus. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Would definitely book again next time we’re in Lehi!

We booked this stay at the very last minute after an issue with our original plan and Airbnb booking. The team at Stewart Mountain Lodging responded within minutes of our booking request to ensure they sent a team to confirm cleanliness and provide additional directions to make sure we made it to the location with no issues. Very impressive place, particularly its location and the hot tub. Kitchen is small, but more than enough space to prep quick breakfasts and lunch.

Very cozy unit and unbeatable location. Great views from the couch, and about as close to the action as you can get. Fantastic option to walk and explore Park City, then get food/drinks and not need to coordinate a ride home! Very clean, all utensils and appliances you’d need, and great TV(s) for winding down at the end of the night.

The room is great and well stocked. It looks like the photos and was very clean. The steam shower was a nice bonus. We also loved all the amenities at the Westgate, particularly the shuttle. Highly recommended.

Cute little studio with beautiful surroundings. We will stay here again the next time we are in Park City. Sarah and Matt were very proactive and made check-in and check-out a breeze.

Arjun is the best host and his place is perfect for a quaint ski vacation, whether it’s for just a couple days or longer. I loved the location and easy walking distance to 2 lifts and anything you’d want in the small town (rentals, food, drinks, etc). The place itself was perfect for what I needed and I liked that it was on the first floor; easy to get to without having to take stairs or an elevator. The condo was clean and fully stocked with cooking ingredients, coffee, and any toiletries you may have forgotten to pack. Only thing I’d suggest is to have a small first aid kit with bandaids/neosporin etc. Other than that, his place has everything you’d ever need! At the end of my stay I accidentally left some cash and hair products at his place inside a drawer 🤦🏻‍♀️ Arjun was so understanding and he promptly sent me everything within a day! He went above and beyond to make sure I got my belongings back, and I am so appreciative!! Thank you again, Arjun - you are the best host!

It was exactly what we expected and needed it to be. Location is great for getting to main st Midway or cross country skiing. The homestead crater is right across the street. If you have energetic neighbors upstairs, it can be a bit loud. But, overall the place and stay were great.

We really enjoyed our time at Jim's condo in Solitude Village. Jim is very responsive, easy to communicate with, helpful, and a friendly person. The condo was exactly as it was described and the pictures representing it. No surprises or any shortcomings. It has all you need for an enjoyable stay, it is furnished tastefully and with comfortable furniture and beds, and has all the amenities needed to enjoy your stay with a fully adequate kitchen cooking/dining supplies. We had a great stay, and would definitely stay again, and recommend to anyone looking for similar accommodations. Ideal location and Jim is a superb host! 5 Stars!

I spend a week or two in Park City every summer and stay in this area every time. The location is fantastic. It's close to Kimball Junction and downtown Park City. Zara's unit is a good deal and perfect for a small group - it was only 2 of us on this trip. The garage is a bit small for a full size truck but there is plenty of street parking. Our truck fit in the garage but it stuck out more than I was comfortable with. I didn't want to hinder people exiting the garage so we parked on the street. This is a very safe area so there's I was not worried about street parking. Thankfully Zara answered my question about street parking at 8pm the day of arrival. Thanks again for that! :-) Also, the instructions (with pics) on how to find and access the unit were spot on and made it a breeze.

Our stay at Matt’s was amazing. Everything was perfect. We had the pool to ourselves, it was peaceful and beautiful and the space was perfect for making breakfast in the morning and everything else we needed. The only problem we had was getting inside. I think there was a miscommunication between the host and the hotel front desk, the front desk said that we weren’t in the system and he didn’t see our reservation for the room, but after contacting Matt, he called in and got it delt with very quickly. So we appreciate him taking the time out to call the front desk and help us out. Other than that everything was awesome!
