Monthly Rentals in Utica

This little cabin was perfect for what we were looking for and happened to be available for a last minute Father’s Day getaway! Only recommendation we would give is access from the deck to the fire pit. It got quite muddy during our stay which was fun but just a good for thought :) if you’re looking for a private quiet getaway, off the grid, this is perfect. Thank you!

The Countryside Home: Rose Cottage was great, location was peaceful and easy to find. The amenities were as advertised and just what we needed for an active family that likes to cook.

We stayed at Wayne's place while on our way back from Niagara falls. it was well maintained, Peaceful and quiet place. we enjoyed our stay and highly recommended. will come back for sure. Wayne was proactive in providing all the instructions which made the entire stay seamless.

Clara was very responsive. The internet wasn’t working and she came over right away to fix it. It stayed fixed the rest of the trip. I love that there is some of the original hard wood floors in the house. She was a great host and a nice house.
