The apartment is a small gem that enjoys an amazing view of the sea. Easy to reach, the host's directions are very clear. Very convenient parking under the house and the elevator since the accommodation is on the fourth floor. Everything is extremely clean and well-kept, the bathroom has products. Small but functional terrace, nothing is missing.

Aleksandars place in cold bay is an absolute dime! The location in the bay could not be better and I had the most peaceful month there. Since I went outside of the high season there were only very few but friendly people there and Aleksandar was easy to communicate with if there were questions. Cannot recommend enough!

Esma was a fantastic host, sweet and caring, we felt welcomed and at home. She went out of her way to supply us with information and called cabs for us when needed. She also helped with translations and provided wonderful recommendations. The room was cozy and clean with a beautiful view of the Adriatic Sea. We would most definitely return and stay there again.

It was a great place to stay, super quiet. Exactly as it looks in photos. We requested an early check-in and she accepted. Only problem is location. Everything would've easier for us if hotel would have dealt with tourist taxes. You have to go to Utjeha, find tourist information centar, bring documents from hotel. It would be better if we hadn't have to deal with it.
