A lovely cottage for two, warm and cozy also in January when it is fog and raining. Windows and views all around, walking from the house, and quiet. And of course, clean and everything you need is there.

Great stay with two families. The cottage is rustic and cozy! Pros: heated pool (nice with Belgian weather), jacuzzi and sauna. The gite is located in the middle of nature, the view from the hot tub is sumptuous. Note that there is no safety shutter at the pool so be careful to bet with small children!! It is located 10’ from Plopsa coo, ideal for the whole family! We unanimously recommend

A+ for the house. Definitely recommended. Everyone was very sweet and nice. The house had everything you needed. The view was beautiful. We had a romantic week. Above all, the evenings by the fire were very nice. We enjoyed the NATURE very much, hot tub, sauna and hammam were very pleasant. We will definitely visit again.

What a wonderful stay in Lan Aken! The place is super comfortable and equipped with every comfort, with the jacuzzi and sauna as highlights. I had asked if they could do something special for my girlfriend's birthday and they arranged that fantastically, really a surprise with care and attention. Absolutely recommended, we'd love to come back someday!

Love Tessa Dear Community, Our stay in the Eifel has become an all-round feel-good holiday due to many factors. Very beautiful, natural, hiking region. All the people we met were open, helpful and very hospitable... Tessa's farmhouse is a special location, clean, original, lovingly prepared and the garden with conservatory invites you to relax. If you want to find a place for a large group, you can check one of the accomodations at her list. We stayed at the grand fagnard, and everything was surely ok and clean. She also gave a lot of information and the right answer on my questions.

We had a great time at this lovely cottage in Hotton! As soon as we arrived, everything was perfect and easy thanks to the auto check-in accompanied by a very clear video. We particularly appreciated that the space was already heated thanks to the pellet stove and reversible air conditioning, which was very comfortable this season. Having two heating sources was really reassuring and pleasant. The cottage is as described: comfortable, very clean and carefully decorated. The beds were very comfortable. We loved the warm atmosphere created by the stove, perfect for relaxing after our hikes in the area. The kitchen is very well equipped, and we also enjoyed the many streaming options for quiet evenings. Thanks to Aurélie and Jean-François for their responsiveness. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for calm and comfort. We'll be happy to go back!

What a beautiful vacation home! The house was spotless, with a beautiful bathroom, tastefully decorated and very complete. At night it is wonderfully quiet. There is a lot of greenery around the house, so you have a lot of privacy. The contact with Manon was quick and very pleasant. In short, a big 10!

Sarah was a very nice host, well cared for space, fridge filled for the first approach, handy if you come on the weekend/when the shops are closed. Nice communication. Beautiful surroundings

We spent 10 very relaxing days in the Beaverslodge. Even if there were only three of us, the size and layout of the house is well suited for 6 people. The steam shower and the heat sauna are great for turning a rainy day into a wellness day. The location of the house is particularly ideal for dog owners and hikers. You are directly in the forest and can choose between different routes. You can sit wonderfully on the terrace and watch the wildlife. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. And we slept great in the beds - despite the "back". Mikaela has always been available to us as a host.

Tony is very friendly and responds to all messages quickly. The accommodation is in a great location (close to the Spa circuit, Forestia, Malmedy...). The accommodation is impeccably clean, spacious and well-equipped (with a magnificent view!). We will definitely be back!!

A very nice house with a blissful garden, perfect with children! Everything also very well equipped with everything you could need during a weekend away (e.g. kitchen, bathroom, bathrobes, bedding, etc). A short distance from Terhills and Hoge Kempen National Park - Mechelse heath highly recommended, beautiful!

We were a total of 5 couples who spent a weekend together in the old half-timbered house. Frank was super nice and described the bedrooms to us exactly in advance. You have to know that 3 out of 5 bedrooms do not offer 100% privacy, but that was no problem for us. It was super clean, enough dishes, chairs and co. there for all 10 people and Frank responded very quickly to questions:) From the village you are quickly in Monschau, but you can also take a nice hike through the National Park to Monschau. we would definitely come again! Thank you again for everything.

Had a wonderful weekend in the cottage, the cottage is simple but has everything you need and was well clean. Communication with Stijn & Julia was very good definitely recommended

Thorn and the Limburg area are very beautiful, whether cycling, walking or exploring by car. This property is an ideal location from which to visit the town and wider area. Steps and different levels within the property probably mean that it is not ideal for those with mobility problems but otherwise it is perfect.

Welcoming by the lovely owner. Beautiful house full of charm. All the necessary amenities see more, adults and children. Near the Spa Belgium circuit and in the Ardennes forest. Quiet. Beautiful garden. Thank you very much.

We had a great time. Everything was to our liking, the house is in a nice quiet location and has a very spacious garden. The house is beautifully centrally located and is a good base for South Limburg and surroundings. Furthermore, everything in the house was also in good order and clean, definitely recommended!

The photos match perfectly what we found in the place - clean and fully equipped. Confortable beds. The place had easy access and the town was nice but not much to do (but everything else is close by by car).
