One apartment has a kitchen/dining/living room/bathroom on the ground floor, a double bedroom on the first floor with a sofa bed, and a bedroom with two single beds. Upstairs, with independent access, there is the Attic, with a kitchen, double bed as well as a double sofa bed or alternatively a bunk bed on the lower floor in the anteroom near the bathroom.
