The skiing and hiking areas in the Thuringian Forest (Oberhof with international competition venues and Schmiedefeld) are easily accessible by car in 20-30 minutes as well as by public transport.

Villa Anschütz apartment

In the state-approved resort of Zella-Mehlis, we have converted the attic of the "Villa Anschütz" into a cozy apartment with a lot of love for detail. The villa was built in 1911 by the founding company of the world-famous Anschütz Sportwaffen. The view of the over 100-year-old beech and the ancient rhododendron bushes - almost trees - in the garden is breathtaking. The original beams of the roof structure, illuminated with warm light, make the apartment particularly cozy.

Guest house on the Schleusehof... enjoy nature!

Our guest house is located in the middle of our mini-farm, which my husband and I run as a hobby. The Schleusehof is idyllically located on a small river where you can cool your feet on hot days. The house can accommodate 4 people (2 adults/2 children). On request, we also have a baby bed for the little ones. The farm offers space to romp and relax. It is an ideal starting point for hiking/cycling tours in the Thuringian Forest and is ideally suited for couples, friends and families. The spacious property offers enough space. In the house, all 3 bedrooms are furnished in pine wood.
