Here you enter the tranquility directly surrounded by the charm of the turn of the century, liner oil-painted pearly, well-equipped kitchen with a large gas stove for those interested in food as well as amenities such as a dishwasher and water from freshly drilled well. Enjoy sitting in front of a crackling fire after a walk in the mushroom forest or cooling AC in the summer. The house completely renovated in 2020. No shower and toilet inside but has a newly built outdoor shower as well as a fresh outdoor toilet.

LU Mälby gård - Hälsohuset

At LU Mälby farm, there is this unique peaceful house, close to the sea, forest, fields and beach by the canal, right in the heart of Roslagen, close to everything. The house is spacious, with a large changeable hall, a bedroom for two and a sleeping loft for 6 people. Suitable for the passers-by on the way to Åland, Grisslehamn, Roslagsleden or for longer stays for the family, retreats, courses or groups of friends. On the farm there is a Nature Trail with camps/shark sites, incredible forest, animals and close to both the canal and the sea.

Bathroom with separate toilet (no water toilet) shower cabin and washing machine. Natural plot, large lawn with trampoline. Wooden deck with seating and a nice sofa corner, charcoal grill available. About 7 minutes walk to a nice sea bay with cliffs, sandy beach, swimming jetty, raft with diving tower and small playground with slide for the little ones.

Welcome to a cozy and fresh cottage in Simpnäs! Here you are close to beautiful cliffs, café and restaurant in a genuine archipelago village. Until season -21 the cottage was of a simpler standard, now we offer a newly renovated cottage for 2 or 3 people (family bunk bed). Stove/oven, fridge and microwave. Hot water, separate and shower. The cottage has a large terrace and is secluded. Communication is good from, among other things. Sthlm by car, bus or boat. Bus 636 or Waxholmsbolaget's Sjöbris via Arholma.

Newly built attefallhus centrally located in Älmsta, with proximity to swimming and walking distance to grocery store. The house has two separate rooms with double bed 140 cm in the bedroom. Sofa bed, table, fridge, kettle, TV in the other. Balcony with table and chairs. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner can be ordered from our restaurant. Towels, bed linen and cleaning are included. Bicycles are available to borrow. Electric car charging station is available in the parking lot. Welcome to us!

Rural with horses in the knot. 300 m from the roslagsleden. 5 km swim in the sea. 9 km to Älmsta with Ica and restaurants. 25 km to Norrtälje.

A short walk takes you to a quiet lake and a lovely sea inlet, for swimming, or just unwinding by the water. The house has all modern comforts, an open floor plan, and big windows that bring the outdoors in. There’s also a private sauna. Especially great for families with little ones - there are toys, swings, a highchair, and a baby bed to make your stay easy and fun. Enjoy the peace and quiet!

Cozy house by the sea in Herräng

Mysigt hus från 1900 talets början i Herräng. Bara några minuter till havet och bad på klippor eller strand. Medel standard och finns allt man behöver. Till Herräng är det 6 km och till Hallstavik där det finns fler affärer, apotek, systembolag m.m är det 16 km. Huset ligger i ett område mellan naturreservat så det finns otroliga naturupplevelser för den som vill. Vi har en grillplats vid havet som man kan nyttja. Vill man fiska går det bra. Lite inne och ute spel finns samt studsmatta.

Båtsmanstorp 1 hour itinerary from Stockholm

Båtsmanstorp in rural Roslagen. Proximity to animals and nature. Gently renovated cottage with wood stove and fireplace. Lush, secluded and large garden with many cultural varieties of plants. The nearest lake is Erken where there are several different bathing areas and scenic areas. At the cottage there is a wood-fired sauna. There is good bus communication to, for example, Stockholm or Grisslehamn for day trips. Norrtälje city is also a nice excursion destination.
