Stuttgart city center, the airport and the exhibition center in Echterdingen can be reached within 20 minutes without changing trains. The SI Centrum with the Musical Hall, the Cinemaxx cinema, numerous restaurants and the casino are even only 2 minutes away by train!

Via the “Erwin-Schoettle-Platz” stop (8 minutes on foot from the apartment) you can take the subway to the city center in 4 minutes. Quick connection to the motorway and to the musicals (Si-Centrum).

The small cozy apartment is located on the 4th floor of a larger apartment building on the edge of the Sommerhofenpark, as well as Klosterseepark (beautiful evening walks and great running opportunities are guaranteed). Within walking distance is the market square/main train station (about 15-20 minutes). The necessary food and shopping facilities are across the street. The apartment was newly furnished in 2020.

Our apartment (with separate entrance) is close to the forest, yet close to the city (10 min. to the main train station). The university can be reached by bus in 9 minutes! You love our place because of the location, the peace, the views and the atmosphere in the freshly renovated artist house. Our place is good for traveling alone peace seekers, business travelers, and couples, unfortunately, not for kids.
