Smoking-friendly holiday rentals in Vaires-sur-Marne

Wir haben den Aufenthalt hier sehr genossen! Super schönes, modern eingerichtetes AirBnB. Zentrale Lage direkt an der Metro. Die Kommunikation mit Meli war sehr unkompliziert. Obwohl sich unsere Ankunft etwas verzögert hat, wurden wir freundlich empfangen. Nur zu empfehlen! :)

Christine é maravilhoso, atenciosa, gentil. O apartamento é o melhor lugar que eu poderia ficar em Paris, muito próximo do metrô, bem seguro, extremamente limpo, eu estou maravilhado.

Le logement est très bien équipé et propre. Les photos sont conforme, instructions clairs de l'hôte je recommande ! :)

We had a really lovely stay in Maxine’s apartment and can’t recommend it enough! Maxime communicates fast and clearly - and was super kind throughout. There’s a metro station, restaurants, supermarkets all within minutes of walking. The apartment is small but space is used ingeniously and there’s a lovely view from the top! Highly recommend! Greta value in the centre of Paris

Loved the space. Smaller than what we thought & a very interesting place above a car auto shop. The space itself was very clean& fun. We took advantage of the sauna, jacuzzi& outdoor space. The only thing I hated was the shampoo…I felt like I couldn’t get clean because it left my hair all sticky. We also wanted more towels than we were given! Other than that we loved it and were glad to have a space away from the city.

We really enjoyed our stay at Clara's place! It was cute and we felt right at home for sure, and we were welcomed with a nice card with some helpful instructions to care for her apartment while we stayed. A little heads up, that it is a Paris walk up with no elevator (as is normal and not Clara's fault!) so big luggages will be tough. As well, it's an attic apartment so taller folks may find it a bit tough to navigate. For us, it was a very enjoyable stay, so close to Gare to Nord which made for easy train travel. Would stay again!

Patrick and Franck's apartment was perfect for our 4 day stay in Paris. Close to 2 major rail stations it is in a diverse neighborhood offering ethic restaurants as well as the traditional brasserie and a very good cafe/ patisserie. It is an easy walk to the Canal St. Martin area and several Metro lines can be found close by. Patrick and Franck had a great list of good places to eat and places to check out waiting for us which we took advantage of. The area and building were quiet at night so no trouble sleeping after a long day of walking. Their apartment is quite modern with up to date appliances and bathroom even though it is in one of the beautiful older buildings in Paris ( built in the 1850s I believe) It was perfect for the two of us. It is a 5th floor walk-up however which we were told about in advance. Patrick and Franck were easy to communicate with, answered our questions quickly and even allowed us to check in earlier than we expected which was a big help. Perfect stay!

Claire was so nice and helpful upon check-in. She offered recommendations and left us a bottle of champagne. She also let us check in early with our bags. Her apartment is just as beautiful as the photos. Everything about it is old, charming, kind of quirky, and we loved that so much. I felt like I was living in a still life painting or an old French movie. As for the area, there is so much to do, lots of restaurants, cool vintage markets on the weekend, and very easy access to multiple modes of transportation. We would definitely stay here again!

La maison de Jean-Charles est incroyable. Grande, propre et une belle terrasse/jardin. Tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner, disposer ses affaires, se doucher… je recommande 1000 fois. Le seul point à savoir est qu’une seule chambre possède des volets

Marie Odile est une hôte charmante j'ai loué son logement pour des amis venu fêter mon mariage et ils ont été ravi de son logement je recommande a 100% le logement de marie Odile qui est en plus une hôte d'exception réactive et d'une très grande gentillesse

Airbnb au top ! Nous nous sentons comme à la maison ce qui rend le séjour très agréable. Surtout lorsqu’on a des enfants en bas âges. Je recommande ce logement. La description est fidèle, très équipés. Mon bébé de 18 mois n’a pas été perturbé et avec les équipements mis à disposition, elle a vécu son séjour comme à la maison. Loïc est un hôte au top ! Très réactif pour répondre à nos questions.

Allison was very accommodating and communicative. We really enjoyed our stay and the location was perfect with an easily accessible metro station around the corner. We felt safe and didn’t have any issues. Thank you Allison!

Estuvo excelente, es muy tranquila la zona, vecinos silenciosos. Al principio el edificio te da la impresión de abandonado pero dentro del departamento cambia todo. El departamento cuenta con las amenidades necesarias para la estancia. Mi familia y yo estuvimos muy felices. Linda nos recomendó un app del metro que fue súper útil, siempre llegamos al departamento excelente.

The location alone for this apartment deserves all of the stars. You’re far enough away from the middle of Paris that it’s not crazy crowded, but close enough to the Metro that getting to any part is easy. There is a grocery store and pharmacy directly across the street, and if you’re lucky enough to be there for the market, it’s awesome and set up at the end of the block. There are a ton of great restaurants and things to walk to including the giant park and great shopping. The apartment itself is very spacious and being on the top floor with the outdoor patio is a huge bonus. If you stay here in the Spring/Fall it’s likely the perfect location. We, unfortunately, came during the summer and during an incredibly hot week. If you are here during the Summer, you need to know that like the most of France, the apartment does not have AC, but we managed with some fans. Once the sun went down with all of the doors and windows open it was lovely. The host was always quick to respond.

Je voudrais remercier infiniment Margo et Mathieu pour ce magnifique appartement. Nous y avons séjourné pendant un mois sans aucun problème. Ils ont toujours répondu rapidement à nos messages et ont même laissé des produits pour le petit-déjeuner. L’endroit est calme, avec des centres commerciaux, une bibliothèque, une piscine, et bien d’autres commodités à proximité. J’apprécie énormément votre gentillesse et je recommande vivement cette maison.

Süße und sehr schöne Wohnung. Alles war sauber und der Prozess des Check-in und Check-out hat super geklappt. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und sehr zuvorkommend. Sie waren bei Fragen rund um die Uhr für uns erreichbar und haben sehr schnell geantwortet. Auch bei einem kleinen technischen Problem waren sie innerhalb von 20 Minuten da und haben sich darum gekümmert. Wir können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen!

El apartamento se encuentra ubicado en área multicultural, restaurantes de comidas internacionales.El apto. encuentra muy cerca de terminales del metro, lo que hace muy fácil trasladarse por la ciudad . Vicent es extremadamente cordial y nos estaba esperando para darnos la bienvenida y ayudarnos con las maletas . También debo mencionar que el apto está completamente. Gracias Vicent por tu hospitalidad

For us the most important things were the nearby train station. We didn't feel unsafe walking home from the station to the apartment late at night. The nearby train can go directly to the Eiffel Tower. The apartment had a nice view just like in the photos of the listing. It had everything we needed. We don't smoke but it seemed like it was smoker friendly but it didn't smell like tobacco at all which was great.

By far one of the most magical places I’ve stayed in Paris. Albeit just outside city limits, you’re minutes from the metro and the garden view outside the living room and kitchen windows are something I’ll cherish for years to come. Xavier set up the place beautifully, was accommodating and very sweet. Highly highly recommend
