Wow, what a stunning home with beautiful furnishings. We feel truly blessed that you have allowed us access to your fabulous home for the week. This is the very first time we have used Airbnb and what a fabulous way to start. We really wish we didn't have to head home. Huge thank you to Christine also for being such a warm and friendly host. Lovely tour round to let us know how to work appliances, where to find essentials and the guide book available. This was the perfect location for us as we could easily access Paris Centre, Disneyland Paris and the local area by car. Fabulous bakery, supermarkets and bistro cafe restaurants that are also within walking distance. The house was beautifully furnished and provided all essentials, soaps, dish washer tablets, toilet roll, towels, bed linen etc. We would highly recommend staying at this stunning property. The place matches the description and is absolutely fine. everything clean, cozy, just beautiful. parking right in front of the Tr and quietly located. we were very satisfied and communication with Olivia was also easy and quick. Thanks so much

Our 10-day stay at Emilie's house was absolutely fantastic. My girlfriend and my dog had a great time in the house and garden for working from home, playing and chilling. While I immediately felt at home after long working days. It takes a little more than 1 hour to get to the center by public transport. The area is quiet, Emilie has made a great effort to make our stay uncomplicated. We would come back anytime!

We spent three nights at Anne's place and loved the experience. Literally cannot think of a single complaint. The house was built in 1905 and it's clear that Anne has taken really good care of the place. Comfortable bedrooms and lots of spaces to hang out. The garden was beautiful. We would definitely return if we ever make it back to Paris!

Such a cute traditional Paris apartment for two. Great beds, so convenient to have laundry in unit, excellent and spacious living room to relax in after a long day touring Paris, comfortable beds. Would absolutely come back

It's so tempting to not give this place the review it deserves because I want it to be available for all my future visits to Paris, but Anne & Jean-Luc absolutely deserve all the accolades. This apartment is the quintessential Parisienne apartment you always imagined living it. Tucked away and quite but convenient to everything you want to see. Well appointed including decor imbued with family and building history but without feeling fragile or cluttered. Anne was incredibly responsive and accommodating. She offered luggage storage and provided her own family items to make sure my toddler felt at home. We truly felt at home, and my group regularly proclaimed it our favorite AirBNB we'd ever stayed at--we're already looking forward to future stays here. Thank you, Anne & Jean-Luc for the magical experience.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The check-in was extremely easy and the instructions were spot on. The apartment is beautiful and comfortable. The location is outstanding with many restaurants and shops nearby. We also walked to many attractions. Charlotte is very responsive. She always replied quickly to questions. We loved our stay in this lively neighborhood. Olivier was a very responsive and friendly host! We traveled as a family of 4 with late teenage children and this was perfect for us—-vibrant night life and close to several metros. Great location to get everywhere! The place had everything we needed for a great stay. We especially loved the bathrooms. We would definitely recommend this property and would gladly stay here in the future.

We had a wonderful stay at Sixtine’s! We arrived early and she was happy to let us check in ahead of time. She also provided a travel cot for our infant and had it set up for us! You cannot beat the location, amenities, and beautiful view of Paris’ signature rooftops. From the beginning of the trip to the end, Sixtine provided perfect communication. We were very well cared for. We would stay again in a heartbeat!

It was a wonderful week in Paris. The apartment is super centrally located and yet quiet in a backyard. The district is beautiful. A small supermarket is diagonally opposite. We will come back very far.

What a fantastic host and property- the location was excellent, the 14th truly is a village within Paris. Beatrice was so helpful and her little apartment was the perfect base for us as we enjoyed Paris.

A view of the countryside on one side, a sensational view of Paris from the terrace and in between a cozy little apartment. We felt very comfortable and, thanks to Montmartre with its numerous stairs, we came back fitter.

We really enjoyed Audrey's warm welcome. The house is large, very clean, the rooms are spacious and the beds comfortable. The living room, kitchen and exteriors are impeccable. We had a great evening, with a barbecue and jacuzzi on the agenda. Many thanks to Audrey!

This place was very nice and easily accommodated our party of 11. The host even made room for an additional person. They also met us at the property and gave us a personal tour of the house. They were both very friendly and made themselves available to us. Would definitely recommend.

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely home. It is very quiet in a nice area. With Uber it takes about 30 minutes to the center of Paris. The house corresponds exactly to the description. It is very spacious, nice and cozy. We felt right at home. Communication with Matthieu has always worked smoothly. Overall a very good experience!

Very pleasant stay in a spacious house ideal for accommodating many travelers. Excellent communication beforehand, I highly recommend if you want to spend a stay in Seine-et-Marne.

I will not be able to express our joy when you arrive at the gate of the villa Words are not enough. All I can tell you is that you won't regret making this reservation. Everything is Nikel 👍 Flexible arrival, Audrey offered us to arrive before the time. Impeccable cleanliness, both inside and out Very cozy, comfortable and clean bedding. The huge garden, well-equipped with all the games described, my family group loved playing volleyball and basketball... The jakozzi was the best, a luxury and a moment of relaxation for the adults and a moment of play and sharing for the little ones The extraordinary living space, well furnished and equipped with everything you need For mealtimes, both outside and inside, we shared good times around a large table, even though there were 15 of us In short, I highly recommend this villa, which is Audrey's family cocoon, who takes care of our happiness.

Ideal place to share great moments with friends. Everything was done before we arrived so that we could easily settle in. Inside, the house is spacious and very well laid out. Outside, the children and their parents were able to enjoy the garden (swimming pool, trampoline, ping pong). Clarence was always very responsive before our arrival and during the stay. We had a great weekend.
