Rent out my third located at Klevenudden on Smögen! The apartment is a new production which was finished in the summer of 2018, with two bedrooms, living room, kitchen, bathroom and balcony with sea view. From the apartment you have a swimming area a stone's throw away and about 10 minutes walking distance to the pier. Parking space is available in the garage under the property with elevator up to the apartment. When renting, bring your own bed linen and towels. Smoking and parties are not allowed and cleaning is done by the guest at checkout. Age limit 25

The residence is located between two stables on a quiet street with little traffic. Countryside location with beautiful nature around. If you want to hike or bike, Sotelden is close by and Ramsvikslandets nature reserve is 9.2 km away. Nordens Ark is 15 minutes by car, as is Kungshamn, Smögen & Bovallstrand. It is also close to Fjällbacka.

Rent out our cabin located on our property in a child-friendly, rural area. Grass areas to play on, and dirt roads to ride bikes. Private entrance, with attached patio. The cottage is located about 5 km from Smögen. 300 meters to Sotekanalen with mackerel fishing, crab fishing, jetty swimming and a small beach to splash on for children. Nice bike and walking path along the Sotekanalen out to beautiful Haby and Ramsvik. Soteleden just nearby. There are hens and rooster nearby, sometimes he wakes up early🙂

Enjoy the charm of a newly built cottage on three floors. At the front there is a small terrace with table and chairs, perfect to enjoy breakfast in the morning sun. In the cabin there is a fully equipped kitchen with a nice window by the sink. 2 steps up you end up in a cozy sofa group with the possibility to watch TV and make the sofa into a 140 wide bed. After a whole day sunbathing on the beach which is about 50 meters away, you get downstairs to the cooler bedroom with 160 bed.

100 meter till hav och bad i lilla fiskeläget Väjern. Havsutsikt från balkongen med fantastisk utsikt. 2-3 km promenad till Kungshamn och Smögen via fina motionsspår eller längs kustvägen. Busshållplats utanför dörren men också gång- och cykelbana. Badhus med gym om vädret är lite sämre tvärs över gatan. Båt- och kajakuthyrning också det tvärs över gatan. Golf, tennis, padel, wakeboard, vandringsleder och mycket annat inom tio minuters avstånd.

Modern appartment located on Smögen with all necessary amenities as well as a fantastic view and close access to bathing areas. 2 People will live here comfortably but up to 4 people can stay here using my sofa bed. Very beautiful place. Modern housing in an archipelago environment. there were only two of us, so the price per person was high. The bed in the loft has a ladder, so we chose to use it as a sofa bed. Lovely sauna.

We feel lucky to have booked this accommodation with Erica for our two night stay. The location is unique and special - gorgeous sea views with direct access to the water. The home had everything we could need and plenty of space for three adults. We visited during a cool period, but in the warmer months the expansive outdoor space and seating would be so relaxing. It was new construction and everything was functional, tidy, and stylish. Erica was amazingly responsive, and answered/resolved any question immediately. As we were traveling internationally, this was a comfort to know we were being taken care of. I would highly recommend this property and would love to come visit again, hopefully for a longer stay!

We had a very nice stay at Helen's place. Helen is a very friendly and warm-hearted woman who was always approachable and took care of. The apartment is in a very nice large house with a well-kept garden. From the large terrace, you have a great view of a field, where you can also see deer and sometimes even moose. The apartment has everything you need for a few days. The location is quiet and good to explore Hunnebostrand, Smögen, Bohus Malmön, etc. (Everything maximum about 15 minutes away by car). I recommend it!
