A haven of peace nestled between the lake and the mountains, our 170 m² family villa is situated in Doussard, at the southern end of Lake Annecy, in a peaceful and idyllic setting. Designed to accommodate 8 guests, it offers all the comforts you need to share unforgettable moments with family or friends, whether swimming, hiking or simply relaxing with views of the mountains. It features a partially enclosed, landscaped plot with a heated pool (May to Sept) & SPA overlooking the mountains.

Rated as a 4-star vacation cottage in 2024 **** Glamorous atmosphere facing the mountain: master suite, sauna, 2 person bathtub, huge walk-in shower... On the garden level of a chalet 15 minutes from the Manigod ski area (ski connection La Clusaz), and 25 minutes from Annecy. The owner lives in the cottage above, but the cottage is completely independent and has no common areas with other tenants or with the hosts. 2 car parking. Possibility of cleaning option to be paid on site: €30.

La Pause Sauvage - Farm & Alpine Pasture

Welcome to Pause Sauvage, a warm apartment located on our family farm. Here, we live to the rhythm of nature, among animals, donkeys, cows and mountains. In summer, I offer, and from June as an option, a ride in the alpine pastures at 1500 meters altitude with my donkeys, followed by a Savoyard aperitif facing Mont-Blanc and its sunset, to the sounds of the bells of our herd. An unforgettable moment to experience as a couple, with family or friends.

You will stay in a pretty detached house in a pleasant village of Haute Savoie for a relaxing stay for the whole family. Living room and open kitchen. On the ground floor, a bedroom for two people with toilet and bathroom. Direct access to the wooden terrace through a French window. Shower room and separate toilet as well. Upstairs, attic bedroom with two single beds, library and games corner, then a large bedroom with double bed and baby cot.

Dream Catcher

Set back in a quiet location, you'll enjoy a magnificent view of the mountains. Located at the end of a cul-de-sac with three houses, including our own, Dream Catcher is designed for 2 people ( not suitable for children and babies ) Access is easy in summer - in winter the path is cleared of snow by us (snow equipment obligatory). Arrival from 2pm - departure 11am maximum -Independent accommodation in a quiet, secluded location. -Parking

Quiet studio

Refurbished duplex studio. A few minutes from the lake, 40 minutes from Annecy and 15 minutes from La Sambuy, sportsmen and nature lovers will find their happiness: swimming, hiking, skiing, climbing, paragliding. On the spacious mezzanine you will find a double bed, and on the ground floor a single sofa bed. The exteriors of the house are still waiting to be furnished. The forest and river are in the immediate vicinity for walking.

Located in a small village just 3 km from all amenities, you will feel right at home from the first second thanks to our fully equipped accommodation (see below). Designed for 4 guests, you will stay comfortably and not overlooked in our villa with stunning views of the Mountains. In summer and winter, our region between lake and mountains is very dynamic and offers many assets whether you are sporty, or a lover of culture or nature.

Chalet Le Flocon de Cristal

Le Flocon de Cristal is located in the heart of Combloux, ideally situated less than 10 minutes by car from the center of Megève, with a breathtaking view of Mont Blanc. Departure from the slopes of Megève (Princesse) or Combloux (La Cry) only 5 minutes by car. Free shuttle at 150 meters walking distance. Its Wellness area, with Sauna, Jacuzzi, gym and Home Cinema, will make the happiness of athletes and less sporty people.
