This was a fabulous house to stay in. For our family of 5 there was plenty of indoor and oudoor space. The salt water pool was delightful, as was the whole garden with plenty of seating and relaxing areas. The children loved the trampoline and petanque. The house is in a superb location. We had many walks and bike rides along the beautiful river. There was plenty to do locally - we went bowling, mini golf, kayaking, to the football and Le Trot. The area was peaceful and very safe. We did a few trips into Paris which took about 30 minutes from the house. Stephanie was incredibly helpful and informative. We could not have had a better holiday, thanks to this lovely house and hosts.

We spent three nights at Anne's place and loved the experience. Literally cannot think of a single complaint. The house was built in 1905 and it's clear that Anne has taken really good care of the place. Comfortable bedrooms and lots of spaces to hang out. The garden was beautiful. We would definitely return if we ever make it back to Paris!

It's so tempting to not give this place the review it deserves because I want it to be available for all my future visits to Paris, but Anne & Jean-Luc absolutely deserve all the accolades. This apartment is the quintessential Parisienne apartment you always imagined living it. Tucked away and quite but convenient to everything you want to see. Well appointed including decor imbued with family and building history but without feeling fragile or cluttered. Anne was incredibly responsive and accommodating. She offered luggage storage and provided her own family items to make sure my toddler felt at home. We truly felt at home, and my group regularly proclaimed it our favorite AirBNB we'd ever stayed at--we're already looking forward to future stays here. Thank you, Anne & Jean-Luc for the magical experience.

Apartment as at home: great clarity, warm decorated, comfort, cleanliness, size of apartment... The location is perfect, close to the Bon Marché and not far from the Jardin du Luxembourg. I will return to this apartment which we found welcoming and very convenient. In short, I would recommend it without hesitation!

Our time at Jean Charles was fantastic. He was very responsive prior, and throughout our stay. The apartment met our needs for the 4 nights for 3 people. We liked the neighborhood as well. The Boulangerie right in front of the RER stop, highly recommended. There is also grocery stores, restaurants, pharmacy, etc. The commute on the RER D pretty simple, as it's 1 stop away from Gare de Lyon. Overall we're very happy we stayed at Jean Charles's place.

Beatrice's place was perfect for our stay in Paris. She was a great host, very communicative, quick responses and flexible with the check in time. Her lovely mum came to meet us and showed us around the apartment. We especially appreciated the elevator with our big suitcase! The location is great with well-connected Métro stops within a short walking distance. We found everything we needed within less than 5 mins walk (fantastic restaurants, boulangeries and a supermarket) and Beatrice kindly wrote up her recommendations in a little book which was so helpful. The apartment looks just like the photos and our stay was very comfortable. It feels like a real home and it was lovely to return there each day after our travels. Despite it being so well connected to shops and Paris life it is very quiet and with minimal sound from neighbours and outside. It made our stay in Paris feel so authentic and lovely and we would love to come back!

We had a wonderful stay at Xavier’s place. It is located in the nicest area and all the locals around were so friendly. Tons of restaurants and shops nearby. Walking outside, you are almost immediately able to see Notre Dame which is a short 5 minute walk. As far as the home goes, it was ver comfortable and the cleanest Airbnb we have ever stayed in. Thank you, Xavier for the wonderful stay!

I stayed one night at this listing. To begin with, it is very functional, very well arranged and very clean. In addition, I was able to leave my car in the parking lot for the duration of my trip. In the morning, Carmelo took me to the airport and even offered to pick me up for a more than reasonable price. It was superb and the host is very kind and helpful

Gorgeous Paris apartment. Private and yet very convenient to restaurants, the Metro, cafes. Host offered a personal check in assistant who spoke English: very much appreciated. It’s simply a stunning place.

Thanks to Audrey for hosting us. The house was perfect for what we had to do there. We felt comfortable and comfortable thanks to the facilities of the house. I highly recommend for a weekend with friends and family. See you soon maybe.

Great location, house and accommodating hosts, neighbors weren't the best as the gardens are connected

I went to Sophie’s place as I was getting married in Paris and needed a place large enough for me and my family who were flying over with me. The house was amazing, spacious and even more beautiful than it seems in the pictures! Sophie was very friendly and responsive. It was all really great.

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely home. It is very quiet in a nice area. With Uber it takes about 30 minutes to the center of Paris. The house corresponds exactly to the description. It is very spacious, nice and cozy. We felt right at home. Communication with Matthieu has always worked smoothly. Overall a very good experience!

I will not be able to express our joy when you arrive at the gate of the villa Words are not enough. All I can tell you is that you won't regret making this reservation. Everything is Nikel 👍 Flexible arrival, Audrey offered us to arrive before the time. Impeccable cleanliness, both inside and out Very cozy, comfortable and clean bedding. The huge garden, well-equipped with all the games described, my family group loved playing volleyball and basketball... The jakozzi was the best, a luxury and a moment of relaxation for the adults and a moment of play and sharing for the little ones The extraordinary living space, well furnished and equipped with everything you need For mealtimes, both outside and inside, we shared good times around a large table, even though there were 15 of us In short, I highly recommend this villa, which is Audrey's family cocoon, who takes care of our happiness.

Spacious accommodation perfect for a large family reunion (there were 15 of us for meals divided between the island and the dining room table and 10 to sleep on site). Carole is responsive and accommodating. We'll probably come back if we have a chance.

We had a lovely stay with friends at Faouzi's. The house is very nice, large and well-appointed. Faouzi was always very available, friendly and responsive. We recommend!!
