Loft holiday rentals in Val-de-Marne

We had an amazing stay! The apartment was even nicer than in the pictures, and everything was clean and nice. The dialogue with Anne-Gaëlle was absolutely great, with good information, useful tips and quick feedback. The apartment is centrally located, while at the same time it is experienced as quiet and peaceful. We would love to come back and recommend the place if you are going to Paris!

Our accommodation was excellent. Communication with Dominique and Laurence was kind, considerate and quick, from our booking to our check-out. The reception by Laurence was excellent and made us very comfortable and welcome. The apartment is excellent, very well equipped, very clean, perfectly as described in the listing. The location is amazing, with great local commerce (highlighting the Odette & Charlus restaurant), proximity to markets, cosmetic shops, bakeries, cafes, making it a very well-stocked place, and with excellent mobility (subway and bus lines just a few minutes walk). The lodging at Dominique's apartment made our visit to Paris comfortable and even more pleasurable. Thank you for these days that we were able to stay there. Forte Abraço, Douglas and Bruna.

We loved our stay at Laetitia’s apartment. I spent many hours researching location and we really loved it. So close to the Seine, around the corner from a metro station and among so many wonderful restaurants. For my daughter’s first time in Paris, this was perfect. The apartment itself was so quaint and sweet. Loved being among the roof tops in Paris- so magical! The stairs are a small price to pay for the views. The apartment had so many wonderful perks- hair dryer, curling irons, options for coffee, fans, air conditioning and a sweet treat when we arrived. Laetitia was wonderful- excellent communication and helped lug our luggage up the stairs on arrival. It was a truly perfect stay, I highly recommend!

For us it was the perfect place to spend a week in Paris. The appartment is well situated and perfectly equipped. Thanks to the conversation with Virginie we felt very welcomed.

The space is fantastic! Light, space, tranquility and an inspiring place due to all the art present and the piano. Plenty of space to eat as a family and relax after a day of walking in the center. It is a nice neighborhood with many nice shops and especially try the bakery Maison Lecorvaisier for delicious craft breads and delicacies. Thank you Estelle for your hospitality it was an unforgettable weekend x

This loft worked perfectly for us, my son with wife and an 18 year old toddler. The loft downstairs worked out as a perfect area for the baby’s crib which was included. Francois was super responsive and provided a new stroller as rental. He even connected us to a baby sitter who was super nice. The location is perfect. It is just around the corner from the Pantheon and short walk to the beautiful Luxembourg garden and Notre Dame. Arrival was super easy from CDG airport via the RER C train to the Luxembourg station although the train was super crowded. There are 2 supermarkets just across the street which was very convenient. There is an abundance of good and inexpensive restaurants serving great French cuisine close by, especially in the Latin quarters just across the river from Notre Dame. Highly recommend this place.

It’s never easy being in a foreign country but Ophélie was so responsive and helpful and made the living aspect of the trip a breeze. Any questions we had she was right there to help and also provided a fantastic list of recommendations! The space is self was equally fantastic. Couldn’t have asked for a better host and living experience during our stay in Paris.

My family and I had a great stay at Catys place... very close to the metro links and a greay apartment, just as described. Clean and spacious with everything needed for our stay. Shops and restaurants close by, but we spent most of our time out and about in Paris. The metro is so easy to use! Definite recommend

Our stay at Maria Giulia's was perfect! Located in the heart of the Marais with lots of transport close to the accommodation, our trips could be done in the blink of an eye. The apartment was spotless and very nicely decorated. In addition, while we were in the heart of Paris and close to a church, calm reigned at night and it is a great advantage. I'll be back without a second thought!

Really enjoyed the apartment, it was comfortable, nicely decorated (sound system a real plus) with all you might need for a short stay on great location. easy check in and faultless communication from the host. Recommend!

Everything went very cool.

Charming apartment, as described, quiet neighbourhood, amenities as described, useful “red book” from host with lots of info for our stay. Nice to come back after a day of sightseeing and watch the Eiffel Tower sparkle!

Apartment was very clean, comfortable and well equipped with thoughtful touches. Super comfy beds, our teens loved the mezzanine level bedroom. Easy access to metro( we found nearest was Rue de Boulet) Super bakery- Pepite nearby, also Carrefour and Franprix (also useful for Nanny drop bags). Try easy access to the many attractions of Paris. Would thoroughly recommend.
