On foot, you will find: - 5 minutes, a park with a lake. - 10 minutes, a small supermarket. - 20 minutes, the train station and the city center, filled with various shops. By train (RER A), from the train station, you will be: - 3 minutes from Val d 'Europe (Shopping Center). - 6 minutes (2 stations) from Disneyland Paris. - 28 minutes from Paris.

Au cœur d'une résidence calme et verdoyante, située au pied du Parc du Château de Rentilly, la maison bénéficie d'une situation exceptionnelle à 20 mn de Disneyland et 25 mn de Paris. Vous logerez à l'étage du pavillon, dans une grande chambre climatisée de 17m² avec une salle de bain attenante qui vous sera exclusivement réservée. À proximité : Commerces, cinéma, restaurants, base de loisirs de Torcy-Vaires. Attention : transports en commun peu developpés, véhicule fortement conseillé.

🏠Ce Logement est situé au rez-de-chaussée de notre maison. Gare YERRES RER D a 5 minute à pied 🦶 pour rejoindre Paris, le RER D se rend jusqu’à Gare de Lyon. 25 minutes ou Châtelet 30 minutes. Les fêtes,soirée,musique et toute autre nuisance ne sont pas autorisés ‼️❗️ Nous vous remercions de bien vouloir éviter tout bruit notamment en soirée et la nuit (22h–8h), afin de respecter le voisinage. Like a small apartment: Living-room 13 m2, sleeping area 13 m² in mezzanine, 2 Single beds 90x200 , bathroom - wc. In a modern house, a quiet and peaceful place. Private terrace. To visit Paris, for a relaxing stay, business or solo travelers. Minimum stay 2 nights. Sheets and towels provided. Wi-fi. Coffee, tea… at your disposal.. Close to transport (bus, metro, RER, Vélib) shops, restaurants, Bois de Vincennes. Not suitable for children at a lower age. No smoking!

Charming little quiet room and greenery

You'll love the “Japanese” vibe of this very bright little room with garden views. The bed is a futon with a very fluffy mattress topper. The en-suite bathroom consisting of a shower, sink and toilet is for your private use. You can use the kitchen in the house. Laundry washer and dryer available. Please note that the room is small but very comfortable, ideal for a short stay, and my cat will sometimes visit you. He is very friendly!

Relax in this perfectly equipped accommodation. Featuring a smart TV, Wi-Fi, a walk-in shower, a kitchenette, and hotel-quality bedding, you will also enjoy a spacious terrace located in the heart of the Briard countryside. It is set back and quiet in a green setting, while remaining close to transport and amenities. We are currently carrying out landscaping work in the garden.

30 minutes from Disney, 45 minutes from Paris, close to a state forest, come and discover this spacious 18 m room, bright, with a large dressing room and large walk-in shower. You will have access to the garden and large kitchen. The house is on one level. Shops nearby, RER station 10 minutes' walk. We can also offer you breakfast and meals prepared by us.

Garden room

We'd love to host you in our guest room at Villa Jeannette. The only room on the ground floor is located in our family home with garden on a residential street, close to Paris. The bedroom with direct access from the garden is suitable for comfortably accommodating two people. A shower room and adjoining and private toilet will be available to you.
