Townhouse holiday rentals in Val d'Europe

We had a wonderful stay! The host kindly accommodated our early check-in request, which was a lifesaver after a long flight. The apartment was spotless, spacious, and perfect for our family. The location couldn't be better—just a 5-minute walk to Val d’Europe with its shops and restaurants, and about a 10–15-minute walk to Disneyland Paris. There’s also a bus stop right outside the gate, making it easy to get to both the parks and the RER station for trips into Paris. We rented a car to explore the countryside, and the secure garage parking and light traffic outside the city made it a breeze. We had one small issue with the Wi-Fi, but the host responded immediately and resolved it quickly. Overall, the stay exceeded our expectations. Great space, great location, and great host—we’d absolutely stay here again!

This place is a must. It is only a 20 min train ride to Paris on RER C or D which both stations are only 2 bus stops from the house depending on where you’re going. I suggest you get the Navigo Decouvre card. Her place is welcoming surrounded by bakeries , stores and restaurants along the way. Joelle herself is the nicest lady I met in Paris always helping out . Would definitely come back .

Thanks to Como and Juliette for the great family stay at their pretty house in Vincennes. Everything was perfect. The cleanliness of the house, its equipment, including a parking space in a garage, the proximity to many shops and restaurants as well as public transport. Everything was spotless and as described. A special mention for Como's excellent responsiveness to our requests and for the delicate attention. Thank you again. I mentioned a good value for money and not a very good one but you have to take into account the size of the house (4 bedrooms), the period (JO Paris 2024) and especially the (exorbitant) commission of Air BnB. Maybe that's the only problem.

It’s a big house! You will have plenty of space to be with your family or group of friends. And the house is spotless! You can have peace of mind about it. It’s a great choice to walk around Paris using metro and it’s a peaceful neighborhood too. Totally worth it!

We had a great time at Clemence. Host very responsive to our requests. The neighborhood is noisy but the accommodation is very well insulated. We were able to take our little Chihuahuas, which is great. The subway is a 50 m walk, which is cool. Thank you, Clemence, looking forward to it

Adrien was an excellent host. We had a group of 13 and ot was perfect for a.large geoup. The place was clean and had ALL the things we needed. She even had some laundry pods available as we weren't able to get to.the store before they closed but really needed a wash. She had multiple washing machines and dryers. Awesome! Would definitely use again.

We had a very enjoyable stay at this thoughtfully furnished house. Its location in a quiet neighborhood and proximity to the RER station was very convenient. The kids loved the kids’ furniture and the many toys. We felt that we had plenty of space in this house with 3 adults and two littles. Future guests may want to take note of the additional rules as there is a house cat who comes and goes.

Very good communication and supportive host

We booked this place last minute due to a flight cancellation. It’s lovely. If you are a family with kids, it would be such a great fit. It would as a great fit for our group of three. We appreciated the fan, the sound blocking windows, and the well equipped kitchen. It’s a bit outside of Paris, but we liked exploring the area around the place. Montreuil is definitely a place where people live and work. I felt lucky to get to be part of it for a bit.

Very nice landlords, were always ready for you with questions. Great environment, everything was easy to do on foot. Upon arrival, we were received by the landlord for the key handover. The photos matched what it looked like in real life. The communication in advance was also good with the landlords. We definitely recommend this!

Ms. Agnes was really helpful during our 3-day stay. She was informative about transportation system, market locations and helped us in need. House was clean, fresh and had everything we need. We also liked how nice and and artistic the house looks. Just keep that in mind, it is far from city center and you should learn metro and bus lines well. Highly recommended✨

A lovely house near a metro station. The house has every comfort, has 2 bedrooms, one on the street side and one on the quiet garden side. Outside a cozy seat, right next to the kitchen. You can stay excellently downstairs in the garden with a book in a lazy chair. The smart TV offers the option to watch Netflix, for example. Within a short distance 2 great restaurants with a good quality/ price ratio. If we go to Paris again, we will definitely book with Wil again.

Great stay at Elise's. The accommodation matches the listing and photos in every way. Responsive owner and always good advice. Cozy well-appointed house, with small garden. A big thank you, we had a lovely time.

Thank you again Sophie for your warm welcome. We had a very good stay in your beautiful outbuilding, located in a quiet and pleasant neighborhood. The gardens are beautiful and add a lot of charm to the place. The house is very well equipped, especially the kitchen where we found everything we needed. You really thought of everything to make us feel at home. Thank you for your kindness and availability. Maybe we'll have the pleasure of coming back one day!

Hugo's place is very unique , cozy and comfortable. We had enjoy it alot. I like the character of it's house , with many decorations and little garden place outside to sit down have coffee and chill out. It offers nice privacy. There is grocery store open till 23:30 like 200-300 m from the house , as well as boulangerie with delicious french traditional baguettes and croissants. There is two metro stations (number 3 and number 9) which takes around 10 minutes walk from the house to both of them. Hugo is very communicative and helpful, and his sister which helped us to check in and check out is a really nice, helpful and beautiful lady :) Thanks alot !!! If i'll be back in Paris , would definitely stay in Hugo's place if possible.

Metro stop was reasonably close. Listing was completely accurate. Bartolome was extremely helpful and communicated well. Would strongly recommend.

We had a lovely stay at this place! The house is tastefully decorated, full of charm and clean. The location is perfect, with the metro nearby, making it easy to get around. Recommendations on neighborhood life were very helpful. Communication was easy and responsive, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We would highly recommend it.

Good and comfortable stay. Clean space as well. 1.5kms away from the station but if you could walk it’s a great place to stay.
