House holiday rentals in Val d'Ossola

We stayed for my sisters bachelorette weekend and it was amazing. Perfect for 6 girls to relax, the pool with its view is a 10/10. The kitchen was fully equipped. Hannes was a great host making sure we had all information we needed. Definitely coming back again. My recommendation: pack light and in smaller bags, you have some steps to the house. 😅

Sara is the best host I've ever encountered. Her house is beautiful and the setting is stunning. But, much more than that, Sara's attention, care and kindness were remarkable. She did all the things a good host does, but also went above and beyond to make our stay very special - including welcome pastries and a even a custom cake for a birthday we were celebrating! Truly exceptional.

Access on the day of arrival was super uncomplicated and very easy. Then take the elevator directly to the terrace and therefore absolutely no tinkering when lugging suitcases. The view is out of this world! Such a panoramic view is very rare on Lake Maggiore. That alone is worth the money! The place was very clean, from linens, kitchen to bathrooms, all tiptpop! A heated pool with also fantastic views of the Lago and Isola Brissago... Just a dream... We will definitely be back....

We booked Nicolò's place to have the opportunity to relax after a quite stressful first half of the year and the place did not disappoint. We had the pool to ourselves, the entire place is separated from the main home from the owners so that gave us a lot of privacy, the gym is also private (that was cool too) and our dog Poncho had a nice garden to ran, play, chase iguanas, etc. Bepe made us feel welcomed right away and was super helpful, proactive, while also respecting our privacy. Also, Ivrea might not be so well-known but there are plenty of nice cafes, gelaterias, bars, trails to walk, lakes - there's plenty of stuff to do. 10 out of 10. Great hosts, great place - we loved it, we'll be back :)

My husband, my children and I stayed at Sebastiano’s place for three days and we have collected lots of nice memories for life. The views of this place are amazing. It is very comfortable and has in the surroundings many places to visit, or to do water sports. It was very easy to arrive by public transport and also to move from there to every sightseeing in the region. The house is very homie, and the kitchen had everything we needed, The pool is big plus and has a very relaxing atmosphere. We will come back for sure.

There were four adults and three children on the trip. Vitaly's house was perfect for us! The swimming pool was big and clean. The scenery around the house was absolutely stunning. Vitaly helped us whenever needed and gave good tips. Hopefully we'll be back again!

We stayed overnight in Flavia's accommodation and had a very nice stay. It is a very well-kept house with everything you need. We highly recommend it.

For us, Casa Berta was the perfect accommodation! We spent one day each in Bellagio and Como - and were very happy to leave the crowds (late May!) behind us and live in such a quiet, charming mountain village. We imagined the road up to be worse from the reviews - thank God there is not much traffic up here. Nevertheless, we preferred the bus, which actually always ran reliably (except on Sundays, when it generally does not run). The Casa itself is really adorable. Everything as in the photos. Very comfortable bed and head cushion. Also the shower with good water pressure (normally I don't like shower curtains, but the shower is large enough that the curtain, which is not made of plastic, does not stick to the body). The terrace is also great, we spent a lot of time here. It would be perfect if there was also reception on the terrace, for example, to stream music or plan the next day.

It is a wonderful quiet and private house on the edge of the village of Palanzo overlooking the lake and mountains. The two large windows overlook the lush green terraces opposite. The qualities of the location and the old small house were redesigned with great skill into a harmonious whole. We felt very, very comfortable here. Thank you for the warm welcome and the tips. A pleasure to have breakfast on the balcony! Although the temperatures of the period were high, in the apartment you were fine and rested cool at night. Convenient location to visit several valleys. There is nothing to add to the numerous positive reports, I can basically only repeat and confirm them! The house is very nicely furnished with a great, new bathroom, a very comfortable bed (double room 1st floor) and plenty of storage space. Although the house has no air conditioning, we slept well with the excellent shading (electric wooden shutters!!) and the fans despite high temperatures. The view of the lake is fantastic and we spent a lot of time on the well-equipped terrace! On the other hand, we found it very pleasant that you can easily reach all the restaurants and also the small lawn by the lake on foot. But apart from all the advantages of the house, one must especially emphasize the warm hospitality of Cristina and Paolo! Thanks again for this! I'm sure we'll be back in the next few years!

Although, the traffic is a bit loud in front of the house, the town and people were charming. I'd definitely go back. the house is very large and comfortable. the entry courtyard is gorgeous.

This place is an oasis of peace and the most beautiful nature around you. Waking up early in the morning to all kinds of birds and then getting ready for a brisk walk through the valley or somewhere in the mountains. Once again, what a nice place!!

Casa Longhi is a beautiful place located right in the centre of this historic village and close to the lake. The casa is historic (built in 1456 - note; the plumbing has been upgraded since! 🤣). It retains its old world charm and ambiance. It is has a very comfy bed and everything was spotlessly clean. The washing machine is a bonus. Nicolo is a fabulous friendly host. We were very kindly received and well informed by Lorenza! The house is equipped with all comforts, everything is present and everything was super clean. The garden is beautifully large and enclosed with a fence so that the dog can also walk around freely. On the terrace, you can enjoy the beautiful view and the quiet surroundings. This was the most unusual lodging I've ever been in on a road trip The house had everything I needed and more. My favorite spot is the upper terrace. I was lucky enough to spend a few evenings there, processing all the content for the day to the sound of birdsong. It's not easy to get here, but it's worth it. We had a very nice stay in this very charming place with its own character. The lake and mountain views from the balcony are unique. Hiking trails start right behind the house - perfect for unwinding and relaxing. The property itself is very well equipped, everything necessary was available. Also, you don't have to starve on the first day after arrival, as the pantry was still well filled with pasta, pesto, olive oil, etc. That made the arrival very pleasant. We will be happy to come back.
