You will have a fully equipped kitchen, open to the dining room., and a large living room. You will save precious minutes in the morning thanks to the two bathrooms + 2 separate toilets on the first level. Upstairs : 4 separate bedrooms, with storage, a laundry and a separate WC. The 50 m2 apartment is located in a chalet in the "Les Balcons" district in Val Thorens. With a balcony facing south you have a beautiful view of the entire resort. The bedroom with a 160 x 200 bed has plenty of storage. The living room with 1 sofa bed and 1 sofa. Open kitchen: oven, microwave, 4-ring ceramic hob, Nespresso, freezer, large refrigerator, fireplace, TV, Wi-Fi. Beds are made on arrival and in addition the sheets are ironed! Bath towels are provided.

We renovated our apartment with the most modern touches for a very nice stay.

Our vacation at Frédéric's went really well! The place is beautiful, super well decorated and equipped! The hot tub on the terrace was very nice after the day of skiing with a very nice view. Frédéric is a very nice host and responsive to our requests. Thanks to him!

Perfect location- easiest access to ski in ski out. Short 5-8 minute walk to the main bars, and directly outside the main nightclub (which was perfect for us..) would definitely recommend for students coming on a trip- absolutely BEAUTIFULLY rennovated! Small cooking area, but perfect size for what we needed. All of the utensils were also provided. Shower much bigger than it looks in the pictures! There is also a sofa bed which came as a nice suprise to us! we absolutely adored our stay with Julien- His communication was top tier and I would recommend to anyone. We had an issue with forgetting to order sheets and towels, but Julien helped us solve this almost immidiately. We will be back!

Very well located apartment, with a beautiful view , clear instructions to access it. This is a small apartment, with an optimized layout to use any space . Perfect for 5 , but at more than 5 , it's really stacking. Everything worked very well , there is great wifi , but I think it would be necessary to change the vacuum cleaner or have it revised because it worked very badly , very annoying for the exit cleaning. We had a pleasant stay , Philippe was very responsive and always responded quickly to my messages .
