Wow!! What a gorgeous house, so peaceful, beautifully and tastefully decorated. Spotlessly clean with everything you could possibly need. The back garden and surrounding town is stunning. Thank you Anabela, your hosting, thoughtful gifts and quick communication made our first night in Portugal a highlight. Wish we had stayed longer, will definitely return if we come back to Portugal!

We stayed at Casa Rosaria for a week and really enjoyed it. We used it as a base to explore the region and many places of interest were 30-40 minutes away in various different directions. The renovation was beautifully done and the space looks like it's straight out of the pages of a design magazine. The kitchen and pantry were well stocked with everything we needed. Sarah and Steve were friendly and knowledgeable hosts and we highly recommend Casa Rosaria at Chumbaria.

We loved our month’s stay at Arlinda’s place - a house full of art and history - especially appreciated Arlinda’s creative use of driftwood and branches that made for functional and interesting spaces - 3 outdoor spaces! Her home is right outside the castle walls, easy to walk into the center -

Antje’s Airbnb is just a dream! We are three friends who went for the second time and fell in love with the house all over again. Just an hour away from Lisbon Airport, it's easy to reach and yet feels remote and completely private. The pool is absolutely amazing – we spent most days sunbathing there, having lunch under the pergola outside, and chilling in the comfortable living room in the evening. A paradise to unwind and fully relax. Antje is an amazing host, and we want to come back ASAP!

We were very satisfied, especially the great garden and billiards room were great. The house is in a very quiet area, you could listen to the birds chirping. Overall a very spacious place to stay, we were satisfied.

We had a great and relaxing stay, totally enjoyed the pool, the great space, huge TV, WiFi - and Jacqueline is such a friendly host! It’s a perfect base for doing windsports in the lagoon (with a car). There is a huge play room for kids, too!

This is a magical place and we are very thankfull that we could make it our home for a long weekend. It was beautiful from the inside and the outside. With cosy corners to sit and read by yourself, or nice bigger tables to eat or chat with the whole group together. The pool, the view, it is even more breath taking then on the pictures. A magical place to unwind and get in touch with nature. The care and attention to detail stood out, and our host, Ana, was always on call for anything we needed. I highly recommend it!

Lars and his parents place was very very nice and cosy. The tent and general area was very practical and cute. Our family really enjoyed the nature, the animals walking around, the pool area and the general atmosphere, and we we’ll totally come back 😊🌱

Nice quiet place at the end of a street….place was very comfortable and had everything we needed including charcoals for the BBQ…which you will need as there are no restaurants close by….good grocery store is 15 minute drive so plan ahead before arriving…also the pool is shared with two other rental units on site….we were all by ourselves so it worked out great…

Beautiful location: great for walking locally, plenty of historic sites nearby, the coast is only a short drive away. The bungalow has everything you need and is spotlessly clean. Beautiful view from the lounge. Very friendly host.

The Magic House. What an exquisite experience with warm and generous people in a truly magical place. I have stayed in many rentals, but my stay here tops everything. From the moment of my inquiry, Vito, Fatima, and Vera met my every communication with kindness and a sense of hospitality that defies expectations. Fatima met me and left me to bask in the wonder of the apartment and its calm sea view, its cozy spots to curl up and relax, including an outdoor porch and an airy loft with window seat. The apartment sparkled. Throughout my stay, Vito and Fatima checked in to make sure everything was going well; they invited me for coffee and let me know when events were happening in the village. They shared their home, but during my seven day stay, it felt my own. A wonderful retreat or a cheerful and inviting place for family to stay in the heart of Nazare, steps from the beach, restaurants, groceries, and surf. A treasure in every way. I feel fortunate.

We visited Nazare during Christmas holiday and was very satisfied with the location and hospitality from Carlos and his assistant. The apartment is in the quieter place of the town and easily accessible to get into the busy area. It’s very clean and has all the necessary amenities. The heaters and WiFi worked very well and made us comfortable when we stayed inside. Highly recommend this place to anyone.

Schermin's place is really lovely, clean, neat, well decorated, and located right next to the square with the church and ocean view point in sitio. It's also a short walk both to the Nazare beach and to the North beach, and very close to the the big wave spot. There are many restaurants and shops nearby. But still it's very quiet, peaceful, and relaxing. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The communication with Schermin is also smooth and clear, there are plenty of nice features in the house such as desk for working, nice couches both downstairs and upstairs, and a lovely washing and drying machine that does its job well. There is a dehumidifier if it gets too moist and plenty of heaters in the house for the winter. The bed is very comfortable as well. I felt very comfortable, relaxed and at home during my stay.
