Villa Terre & Mer is located in Escoville, between the beach of Cabourg and Caen (15 minutes) You will enjoy a private indoor pool heated to 29/30°C all year round. This house for 7 to 8 people includes on the ground floor: an 8m x 3.5m swimming pool, a shower, a toilet, and a laundry room. On the second floor, a kitchen opens onto the living room. Suite in a Caen stone farmhouse. Our cottage is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. In a hamlet of the Pays d'Auge, 2.5 km from the village, along the road. The house is surrounded by a large plot of 3000 m2. A large hedge surrounds the land and isolates it from the outside. Close to the Château de Canon 7 km away, the sea (Cabourg beach, Merville-Franceville, Ouistreham, etc.) is 30 minutes away, Caen and Falaise are quickly accessible. The calm is appreciated!
