The "Annex" is a charming two-story property that has most things you need for a relaxing holiday. From the living room you get directly out into the lush garden with roses, jasmine, lavender etc. Breakfast in the green with bird chirping, barbecue evenings at sunset or just sit under the big chestnut with a good book. If there is a rain shower, there is a "greenhouse" to curl under. Or why not play boule on the track that's there? Attracts swimming, so it's close to a pearl band of sandy beaches.

Welcome to our House in Tofta. Here you live quietly on a cul-de-sac but with only 10 minutes walk to Tofta beach and 5 minutes to the nearest restaurant at Toftagården. Children's playground with football field is about 5 minutes away. The house is 74 sqm and has space for 6 guests divided into 3 bedrooms. A 1.80 double bed, a 1.40 bed and a bunk bed. Apartment on the upper floor of the grand building. 1 room and kitchen. Bathroom with shower and WC. Balcony in south facing with little sea view,seeing a bit of Stora Karlsö. Nice to have breakfast on the balcony and also sit there at night. Umbrella is there. Also balcony facing west facing which is nice in the afternoon and evening with view over the garden. Quiet and nature close by.
