Welcome to our cozy guest house in beautiful Västervik! This spacious one bedroom apartment has all the facilities needed and is located in a separate building on the plot where our own villa is located. The place is quiet, but at walking distance from the town centre and the sea! Bed linens and towels are available to use. If you wish that we take care of the laundry, we do this at a cost of SEK 100/set (1 set = sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases, bath towels). Kitchen towel and small towel in the bathroom are included in the rent.

The house is equipped with a fridge, freezer, stove, oven and a microwave oven and all the kitchen utensils you might need. During the summer months you also have access to a barbecue. Unwind in this unique and cozy home. Warm welcome to "129". Our guest house located right by the ocean, on secluded part of our garden. Lung, harmonious, and peaceful. Swimming facilities are available. 2 km to Gränsö nature reserve with nice hiking trails, 3 km to Västervik center. 1 km to Ekhagen golf course. Suitable for two or max three persons. It is nice to add a boat at our dock if you want to bring a boat. Well behaved dogs welcome, but wish they sleep in their own bed.

Kitchen has all that is necessary for self-catering, you can sit 5 people at the kitchen table. The bathroom is spacious, with toilet, sink and shower. Upon request, there is also a bed for infants. Clean apartment & a good location for excursions. By car, you can quickly reach hiking trails & shopping/restaurants are also no longer than 10 minutes away. (By car). The view is a matter of taste, of a golf course,but we were only at home for the night anyway. Otherwise great communication and there was everything you need.

Great fresh guest house

A cozy, tidy cabin with all the amenities you might need. However, the two mattresses in the loft became too hard to sleep on, but it was possible to stay overnight on the sofa bed. It was quite warm in the cottage, and no net protected window to have open at night, just the entrance door. The host offered bikes to borrow, which is nice as the cottage is a bit outside the city. Nice secluded garden in residential neighborhood, with outdoor furniture.

The "yellow house" is already appealing and inviting on the outside. Inside, you will find a cozy and tasteful space. Everything for daily needs is in good condition and abundantly available. The house has charm and atmosphere. Everything is quite straightforward and manageable. The host is always approachable and helpful. We would like to thank Karin very much for providing this wonderful holiday home. Eva and Horst-Werner.
