Quiet cottage, the countryside in the city

This comfortable chalet is located on the heights of Besançon, on the edge of the Bregille wood. You are 20 minutes on foot from the city centre, 5 minutes by car). Very natural atmosphere, quiet in a functional accommodation renovated with heart. A parking space (free) is adjacent to the chalet. The chalet is very well insulated (phonic and thermal), it is very cool in summer (no need for air conditioning) and well heated in winter. Hiking trails and beautiful views are nearby.

Our family welcomes you to our cottage. The entire listing is located on the ground floor. The cottage is in a cul-de-sac: minimum traffic and maximum tranquility.
