Located on the ground floor (first floor in the U.S.), the room has a SPACIOUS AND NICE TERRACE. Our space is a typically Valencian old house, restored and transformed into four apartments: -Two on the ground floor (first floor in USA): A and B, with their corresponding terraces. -Two on the first floor (second floor in USA): C, with a large terrace as well, and D, with a nice balcony, BOTH OF THEM (C AND D) ARE ACCESSED THROUGH STAIRS. The apartments are OPEN PLAN, and consist of several areas, a little more secluded, the double bed area, then the kitchen and office area, and then the living room area with a large sofa bed and TV, which opens onto the large terrace or the balcony. Piso luminoso, ideal para 5 adultos o familias 6 miembros. Este apartamento estará limpio y desinfectado antes de su llegada. Una de las mejores vistas de Valencia. Próximo a supermercados, restaurantes, cafeterías, comercios, tascas... A 10' de la playa y del centro histórico. Desde el balcón, cuando miras abajo tienes una terraza en el piso 11, por lo que no da vértigo y el resto de las ventanas se abren desde la parte alta, por lo que crea seguridad.

Confortable con amplias estancias, mucha luz natural y soleado🌞. 3 dormitorios, camas muy cómodas 1° calidad, bonita cocina con azulejo valenciano, 2 baños con ducha, gran salón con amplias vistas al exterior, dos sofás, mesa comedor, TV 55" UHD con conexión internet y excelente señal wifi. Totalmente equipado. En caso necesario cuna, trona y bañera para bebé.
