House holiday rentals in Valguarnera Caropepe

It was a pleasure to stay in this beautiful property. The garden is amazing with access to the pool, which is the perfect size. Very comfortable sun beds next to it. The apartment is very nicely furnished with a Sicilian vibe. Kitchen and bathroom were fully equipped with everything you need. The closest town Catanissetta is charming, definitely worth a visit and the lady who welcomed us was kind enough to recommend us some places there. We stayed in the property as a family of four and it was a bit crowded in the apartment for us, but for 2 or 3 people it should be just the perfect size. Either way we had an amazing time, thank you! 😊

We had a great stay. Francesco who welcomed us gave lots of useful recommendations and was always on hand to help. The villa was as described. We loved the outhouse next to the pool and hot tub and enjoyed playing pool and cooking there. Our only downside was that there is no where to walk to nearby although this was warned of with a car being advised as essential. The beaches are 30-40 minute car journey away. We visited scala dei turchi, licata, valley of temples and Cefalu with Cefalu being a longer day trip (1.5 hours each way) but worth it. Thank you, we will back to Sicily I am sure!

What a lovely place this was! Fully equipped, Fiorella even left us some food, not just for us but even for our dog! Comfortable, great surroundings and plenty of outside space. There is also a restaurant just across the road. Check-in was pretty straightforward as we were given a code to open the key holder. Communication was also excellent. Highly recommend and we'll definitely be back! Thanks Fiorella 😊

We have really enjoyed our stay at the villa. Francesco and Eleonora were great hosts and really nice. The two bedrooms are located above their flat. You enter the main house and go upstairs to your own private floor. The hosts really respect your privacy, but are always available in case of any questions. The kitchen and living room are separated from the bedrooms, so you have to get out of the house to reach them. Nevertheless, the kitchen can be used exclusively by the guests and is very well equipped, with everything you need. It even has a filter system for the water, which makes it drinkable! The outside area with a big barbecue and pool was the highlight. We spent a lot of time outside and really enjoyed our evenings on the terrace. There is another bathroom below the pool area which is a bit bigger than the one that's adjacent to the bedrooms. We can really recommend to stay here, even if the division of the rooms might be a bit confusing at the beginning ;)

wow is all I can say, the hosts are super! they provided so many extra food and drink that we weren't expecting, very generous and responsive. The house was also great and with lovely views of the surrounding countryside and a lot of space, lovely garden and pool. Highly recommended!

The guest house is located in a charming are in the countryside. It gives a lot of privacy and is really charming. Perfect for someone who wants some peace and relaxation. The terrace with the table outside provides a great atmospheric spot for a dinner or breakfast. I can fully recommend it.

First of all I can say that the Villa looks exactly like the pictures. We had expectations after seeing the photos and we were really glad to see it in reality. We were 15 adults and a baby and the villa fit us perfectly. All of the facilities in the Villa were in high quality, the pool, the soccer field which was a really unique experience in a Villa, all the private bathrooms which made it convenient and private. We had a really wonderful time in the villa. Ramon is really responsive to everything we needed and it really felt good to talk to him. Also Ramon’s householder - Imma, was really nice and took care of everything. They also got us a chef that cooked for us during our stay in the villa. I really liked that we had hot water 24/7. Everything in the villa looked brand new. The bed felt really comfortable. I really recommend staying at the villa! Thanks Ramon!

My wife and I had a great stay at Katia's. The house is in perfect condition, the pool is incredible with a view of Etna. Very well-equipped kitchen, I recommend Katia's accommodation. Katia is a very attentive and very kind host. Welcome booklet was available on site, telling us all the places to visit. We'll be back soon.

A lovely well equipped villa with really lovely grounds and pool area. Communication was great and the host Andrea could not have been more helpful in showing us around the property and with any questions that we had. The location was peaceful and we enjoyed seeing the animals in the grounds.

Viviana's place is on the edge of small private forest, at the end of long private driveway, and opens to an orchard. It is private and peaceful and comfortable. We didn't meet Viviana but her father Fabio was readily available to help us sort any issues. Would stay here again.

This was not my first time staying at the property, Francesca was available beyond what was expected and as always. Great value for money.

Here you get a wonderful insight into how residents of the old town in Gangi live over several floors. The apartment was decorated with a lot of love. Here, every picture and every piece of furnishings is in place. You have to be aware that you are using a private apartment. Now in November we used the oven. You have a great view from the terrace. Those who stay in Gangi and in this apartment will experience Sicily. We felt very comfortable for three nights. Those arriving by car should understand that you can't drive to the front door. There is parking at the school which is free. From here you can walk 5 to 7 minutes through the old town to the apartment. We had backpacks. Roller suitcases are on the old pavement and not recommended with stairs. Communication was always friendly and quick. Very unproblematic. Highly recommended!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The accommodation was even more beautiful than expected – everything was as described, if not better. The pool in particular was a highlight and gave us many relaxing hours. The host family was incredibly friendly and warm – the reception with a fresh pizza after arrival was simply great! You can tell that the hosts put a lot of love and care into this. Absolutely recommended – we will be happy to come back!

Raffaele & his wife were most accommodating and welcoming! They were flexible to our arrival time and were at the property waiting for us when we arrived, they very kindly made us traditional Sicilian foods which were still warm when we arrived and were absolutely delicious (just what we needed after a 13 hour drive from Tuscany) they gifted us a bottle of their own organic Wine and Olive Oil. They sent us a message on booking with details and welcoming us to the villa, on arrival they sent us details of local eateries and towns to visit. The hosts didn’t speak any English but were well acquainted with a translation app which made things very easy. The home was very clean and tidy and had every amenity we required. The outdoor lights were lovely and glowing! You definitely need a car for this location. Would highly recommend

First of all, the host was a very kind and helpful lady. She waited for us even if we arrived very late in the night. We are very grateful for that. And she also helped us on our last day when we had a problem with our car. Thank you again! The property is in a very nice location, with beautiful views from the pool area. Is also a very quiet place. Perfect for relaxing, working or just hang out with friends. The garden is awesome, well maintained and lots of space. Every apartment is equipped with everything you need. You can find markets or restaurants at just 10-15 minutes drive (ask the host, she was very helpful with this kind of info). You need a car because otherwise I don’t think it’s possible to move around that area. I gladly recommend this place! If you want to go to the sea, the nearest beach is 45-50 minutes away by car.

Everything was impeccable. Once we arrived we fell in love with the Villa, so much so that we wanted to extend our stay by another day but unfortunately it was booked. The villa has everything you need at home; the hosts are super nice and always available! We will definitely be back!

Great experience. Beautiful, clean, well-kept and fully equipped house. Magnificent location 200 real meters from the beautiful beach of Poliscia, reachable on a quiet but steep street. Beautiful view from the garden overlooking the coast. It is necessary to have a car to get to the country and shops. Estelle is very nice and approachable. We moved the arrival time for an unexpected circumstance and was ready to find a solution. I hope to be back.

We had a wonderful stay at Francesco’s home. The house is old fashioned and reminded us of classic Italy country. Francesco was extremely communicative and responded at all hours of the night to help with finding the home and solving problems for us.

We arrived one day later than we had originally planned and Ilona was so kind to allow a late check-out on the next day, so there was no stress with the appointments we had in Alimena. The place itself is really nice, it's one room per floor, bedroom 1 on the ground floor, kitchen and bathroom on the first and bedroom 2 + terrace on the second floor. The second bathroom is in the cellar. It looked nice but we didn't use it. Our impression of Alimena was very good, great views, a picturesque village and very friendly people.

Beautifully renovated apartment. About a 10 minute walk from the cathedral. Only thing was I missed that it didn’t have wifi!
