Holiday rentals with a patio in Vallauris

We loved our 10 day stay at this beautiful sea view apartment with a great balcony with fabulous views for sitting out in the morning or evening. The apartment is right opposite the beach which was perfect or us. It is an easy walk of about 20 mins into both Antibes old town and Juan Les Pins both of which have plenty of choice of bars and restaurants. We also got the coastal train from Juan Les Pins into Monaco which was really easy to do. There is a bakery/cafe, Spar and Pharmacy 5 ins walk away from the apartment which was great for picking up everything we needed. We walked all over the Cap d'Antibes which was very easy from the apartment. It was worth the trip up to Phare de la Garoupe for the views and we enjoyed the Sentier du Littoral costal path although be warned there are some steps and rough areas. The apartment is on the 3rd floor and exactly as described/pictures. Nadya was a great host always responsive. We will definitely love to return!

Teresa’s place exceeded my wife’s and my expectations. Not only is the unit one of the cleanest we’ve ever experienced, but it felt high-end, complete with robes, slippers, comfortable bedding, and a very nice bathroom equipped with not only great-smelling bath gel, shampoo, and conditioner, but body lotion (all of which my wife appreciated) and even other items you might find in mid-and-upper-range hotel rooms. We cooked just about every night in the well-equipped kitchen and enjoyed the views from the balcony, sitting outside whenever we had the chance. The nearby bakeries were also perfect for morning pastries and daily baguettes, and the market near the police station had a great selection of local wines, ciders, produce, etc. The Smart TV allowed us to log into our streaming accts. and Wi-fi was great. Once we figured out how to use the combo washer/dryer, we appreciated having the ability to do a few loads of laundry. We had a thoroughly great time during our stay.

We arrived late with my wife, driving a motorcycle. Not only Mariane waited for us, she went beyond expectations by showing us her place in person and also looking for a place to leave our motorcycle in the parking garage. Well located to go Cannes, just a few minutes, also very close to route A8 to go Nice and Monaco. We had a more than perfect stay, ultra recommended place to come!

The location of the apartment is convenient, very close to the train station but not noisy, so if you are planning to go around the area this would be a good choice. The room was very clean and tidy and the balcony was particularly sunny, so you could lie in the sun. Had a great vacation here and will come back again sometime.

The check in process was very pleasant, the location of the place was good, we came by car and it took about 10 minutes to drive to town.The feeling of a big sea in front of you every morning is amazing!Jemery's mother accommodated us, the instructions were detailed and very communicative.I really recommend everyone coming to Cannes to see this property

We (family with three generations) enjoyed a great week at the magnificent villa Mas Mirabelle. A beautiful house with an amazing view. A big thank you to Marie & Dominique who were excellent and very caring hosts and made us feel very welcome.

We had a great stay at Elisabeth and Clinton's. Very well received, we were surprised to see how impeccable the room was. We were independent, from the entrance to the accommodation to breakfast, thanks to all the little touches left in the room, it was simply perfect! I highly recommend this accommodation and personally thank Elisabeth and Clinton for this incredible service that is well worth the price :). Happy hosting!

We (3 girlfriends) just spent 5 days in Jean-Philippe‘s house and had a great time. The house is nicely decorated with a lot of love for detail. The 3 bedrooms are each furnished and decorated individually. Kitchen and Living/Dining area are spacious. The outdoor areas are great too as there are many places to sit and of course the pool is also fantastic. Jean-Philippe was also a great host, very helpful with everything and always easy to reach. You definitely need a car as nothing is really in walking distance but supermarkets and bakeries are just a 5 min drive away. The upside is that it‘s a very quiet neighborhood. All in all we had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back again.

This Airbnb is stunning, the pictures don’t do it justice. Every room has a balcony or court yard with beautiful views. It is so picturesque. The place was clean and we felt very safe, we really enjoyed our stay. Downstairs has a great living area to hang out as a group, with a great view. All rooms have a bathroom. It was the perfect stay! We felt so lucky to stay here! Helena was the perfect host, she was so responsive!!

The apartment was beautiful, with modern and high quality amenities. It had everything and more one may need for a comfortable stay. Laurie was super helpful and communicated very fast, answering all of my questions. It was a really great stay, i would definitely recommend it if you don‘t want to stay in the hustle and bustle of the Nice downtown.

We stayed for a month, and everything was perfect. Marie Claire and her husband were fantastic hosts. The location is peaceful, the house and garden are lovely and completely private. It’s just a short and safe walk into the village which is probably the best in the entire region. Great shops, plenty of cafes and restaurants, and a decent sized supermarket. Everyone we interacted with was super friendly and helpful. Having lived over in the Fayence area in the past we were extremely impressed with Roquefort-Les-Pins, it is within easy reach of all the attractions in the area and on the coast. We hope to book again.

Our stay at the new Villa Topolino was excellent: the villa itself is very nice and welcoming, recently refurbished and pleasant to live in, even with two families at the same time. Rebecca has offered extra support during a storm that stopped electricity in the neighborhood. The shared spaces including the patio, an amazing garden, plus the external jacuzzi and external kitchen are beautiful to enjoy from morning to night. The location is very convenient and silent all day and night, close to Garoupe beach, and to the sentier du Littoral. Antibes is 20 min walk. Rebecca has been a wonderful host, very proactive, welcoming, patient, she made everyone feel at home.

Our stay was perfect. The house is spacious, comfortable, and full of old-world charm, with beautiful gardens surrounding it and a lovely pool to relax by. The setting is peaceful and private, yet very convenient. The local village, Tourrettes-sur-Loup, is just a 15- 20-minute walk away — it’s charming, laid-back, and much less touristy than nearby St-Paul-de-Vence, with great local amenities and plenty of dining and drinking options. The host, Floortje, went above and beyond — she helped us sort out a medical issue on a Sunday, which we could never have managed alone. She also had lots of great recommendations and was extremely kind, responsive, and thoughtful throughout our stay. A truly relaxing and memorable place. Highly recommended!

A superb accommodation that I recommend. The location is perfect, within walking distance of the center (you can see the sea from the living room), in an area where you can park for free, just 5 minutes to reach the center on foot. The accommodation is spacious, bright, impeccable. Great for a short stay in Cannes!

We have just arrived back from having stayed at Peter’s apartment in Antibes. We ,as a family of four ,thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The apartment was spacious and light and even though you are in the centre it is very peaceful and quiet. The area and the apartment felt very safe and secure . Peter was there to greet us and answered any questions that we had. It was lovely having the little balcony and the extra loo. My highlight was having a fan as well as the air conditioning in each bedroom ,as l like a cold bedrooms. The apartment is well laid out and has all the appliances that you need and is well equipped. Thank you Peter for a wonderful stay.

Very good stay in a very quiet environment with a beautiful terrace. Very well-equipped accommodation and friendly host. We will be happy to come back if the opportunity arises.

It was a very nice time in Max's apartment, a super large beautiful pool, the parking situation is a bit difficult depending on the day of the week, but I accepted that, Bargemon is a nice cozy village and the reception by Lene was very friendly. Petra

Excellent 3-month stay in the accommodation. Everything matches the photos and description. The accommodation is very nice with its terrace overlooking the park. Ideal location close to both Antibes and Juan-les-pins. Proximity to shops, restaurants, public transport, beaches and walks. The place includes everything you need. Azelma is a very friendly and very responsive host in case of a request for info. I highly recommend this rental
