Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space by Kattegatt bike path with its own entrance, balcony to the west towards deciduous forest and private bathroom. The accommodation is about 1 km from a beautiful bike/walking path along the sea to Stråvalla beach/swimming area (about 3 km) with a kiosk (summer time), playground, parking and a large separate animal beach. The accommodation has a fridge, microwave, kettle, cups, porcelain, etc. (dishes are left to the host and exchanged for clean ones). Baby crib (up to 3 years) and high chair can be arranged on request.

Here you can sit and study nature, the archipelago, hear the seagulls' cries with your morning coffee and go down and take a morning swim as the first thing you do. Children can move freely in the area as there is no direct traffic, instead there are nice natural areas around the area. Our tiny house is well located in a quiet residential area and offers a detached accommodation for one to four people. The cottage is located on our property, has its own small terrace and is shielded from the residential house. Close to a walking trail in the forest. 10-minute walk to the nearest store. 10 minutes by car to the nearest swimming area by the sea. 5 minutes to bus connection to the train station or 15 minutes walking distance. From there, it takes 25 minutes to central Gothenburg. We speak Swedish, German and English.

My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). The cottage is about 30 square meters and the associated sauna cottage with shower, toilet and laundry is about 15 square meters. Free access to canoe for tenants. Good opportunities for fishing, motorboat available to rent!
