Spectacular views of the Alhambra. Terrace. This is a duplex apartment on two floors with lovely views south of the Alhambra & Sierra Nevada mountains from the top floor. It has a private terrace with comfortable furniture for relaxing in the sun and admiring the views. There are three bedrooms. The master bedroom has a large double bed and Arabic bath to soak in after a hard day sightseeing or skiing. The second bedroom has twin beds. The third bedroom is upstairs, it has a normal size double bed and views of the Alhambra. A cot for a baby with a comfortable mattress and a high chair are available on request. The renovation has aimed to fuse 18th century charm with 21st century comfort and style, the apartment has air-conditioning, heating, free WiFi internet access, a powerful shower with limitless hot water a TV & DVD player. Private parking space 150m from the apartment, which needs to be reserved and costs 15 euros per day. On the day of departure arrangements for left luggage or catching a taxi can also be made with the house keeper. If you need our parking space it needs to be paid for in advance to be reserved and costs 15 euros a day / 80 euros a week.

Breakfast, cleaning, and ironing services are provided, as well as periodic change of sheets and towels and use of the Jacuzzi, upon payment of the fee for these services. There is a desk and Wi-Fi available for working in the room. The bedroom has 2 single beds, each 90 cm wide. They are very sunny and do not have a terrace. The apartment can be used. If the services of breakfast, cleaning of clothes, use of the jacuzzi, take with them the payment of an additional fee for the provision of those services.

It is located on a pedestrian street in the Lower Albayzin, 300 m. from Plaza Nueva, a largely pedestrian UNESCO heritage district. Thanks to the location you will not need the car and you can walk to the most emblematic places of Granada.
