The apartment has central air conditioning (cool/heat), double glazing, and underfloor heating. Free Wi-Fi Internet access. There is no direct access to the apartment by elevator. Upon entering the apartment, on the right, you will find the main terrace with a private pool that can be used year-round (not heated).
