The apartment is beautifully decorated and well-equipped. The view of the city is gorgeous. It's a very safe location. The building also offers beautiful and well-equipped common areas such as the pool and gym. Highly recommended!

This place was such a dream for our stay in Cali! From the moment we booked, Jair was extremely helpful, responsive and communication was always easy. The house is in a lovely area - walkable to many restos, cafes and attractions and dance schools, has all the amenities for a cozy long term stay, extremely clean and Jair goes above and beyond to make sure your stay is enjoyable. I casually had asked Jair if a kettle was available, and he ordered one for us the next day, which was extremely kind and just added to the great experience already. It truly feels like a home away from home :) If you work remotely, the internet was great - no issues at all during our stay and the desk area is wonderful. Thank you Jair for your hospitality, kindness and this is one of the best places I have stayed at! Don’t miss your chance to stay here!

El apartamento me gustó mucho. Es pequeño, pero tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unos días cómodos. La cama era muy cómoda, ideal para descansar después de un día largo. El aire acondicionado funcionaba bien, aunque por la noche hacía algo de ruido, como si necesitara mantenimiento. Nada grave, cumplía su función. Durante mi estadía llovió bastante y se filtró un poco de agua por la puerta principal, pero eso fue por el clima, no algo que dependa de la anfitriona. Lo mismo con un vecino que una madrugada puso música muy fuerte a las 4:00 a.m.; afortunadamente lo solucionaron rápido al llamar a portería. Algo que destaco es que la anfitriona fue muy amable y flexible: nos permitió salir un poco más tarde el día del check-out, lo cual agradecimos mucho. El parqueadero es amplio, seguro, y tiene portero con puerta automática. Además, si vas en carro, estás cerca de varios sitios clave del sur de Cali. es un lugar sencillo, cómodo y bien ubicado.

Exactamente igual que las fotos, Sandra fue muy amable y respondía rápidamente, cabe recalcar que nos dio recomendaciones para ir a diferentes lugares y fue una estadía muy cómoda.

Ho passato alcuni giorni meravigliosi in questo alloggio. L’appartamento è esattamente come nelle foto: pulito, accogliente e curato nei minimi dettagli. La posizione è ottima, in una zona tranquilla ma vicina a tutto ciò che serve. Il letto è comodissimo e ho apprezzato molto anche la cucina ben attrezzata. Un grazie speciale all’host, sempre disponibile e cordiale, pronto a rispondere a ogni domanda e a dare consigli utili per vivere al meglio la zona. Consiglio assolutamente questo posto a chi cerca comfort, tranquillità e ospitalità autentica. Ci tornerei senza pensarci due volte!

Great place to stay in Ciudad Jardin, Cali. My guess is this is on the fringe of Ciudad Jardin, perhaps a little more recently gentrified. From what I can gather they have completed renovated an older building, to the extent you can't really tell it's not new. Really spacious inside, with a huge living area. The king bedroom is a little tight, but works. Everything is new or near new. AC in both bedrooms. Very few complaints. Towel hooks in the bathrooms would be nice. The kind bedroom bathroom door doesn't close properly. But these are minor quibbles. Can easily walk to various shops and restaurants in Ciudad Jardin. Also has parking outside, which was always available to us, but can also find parking on the street,

este lugar es especial para cualquier estadia en cali muy bien ubicada la propiedad muy bien cuidada la sen̈ora Mary muy atenta en todo momento de verdad la pasamos muy agradable .les recomiendo esta propiedad. al 100%

Lugar super recomendado, amplio, resalta la limpieza, un alojamiento muy bien dotado. El anfitrión muy amable, puntual, responde rápidamente, incluso nos permitió el ingreso con anterioridad. Estuve con mi familia y sin duda repetiremos el alojamiento las veces que visitemos la ciudad. La casa se encuentra en un lugar estrategico, cerca a restaurantes, auto servicio y está a tres cuadras de la básilica. Definitivamente es la casa 10.

Todo espectacular!! Éramos 8 personas y todos estuvimos súper cómodos. La casa es tal cual las fotos o mucho mejor. Cercana a muchos lugares. Volveríamos a hospedarnos en ella si volvemos al eje cafetero. 10/10 en host, location, limpieza y todo.

Este lugar increíble fue exactamente lo que mi familia y yo necesitábamos. Pudimos relajarnos completamente y disfrutar de las impresionantes vistas que ofrece la región. Mateo, nuestro anfitrión, fue excepcionalmente amable y acogedor, lo cual nos ayudó a sentirnos como en casa desde el primer momento. Nos proporcionó instrucciones claras y detalladas para utilizar todas las comodidades, lo que hizo que todo fuera sencillo y sin complicaciones. La privacidad fue perfecta; sentíamos que estábamos solos, rodeados únicamente por las montañas y el canto de los pájaros. Una experiencia verdaderamente tranquila y reparadora. Excelente lugar . Muy cómodo , limpio, el jacuzzi una gran ventaja y funciona perfecto. 2 smart TV , y los anfitriones muy disponibles y atentos. La cocina con todo lo necesario para cocinar . Muy buen lugar , lo recomiendo

María's apartamento was perfect! it was exactly what I was looking for, big apartment, modern and new, and best of all the balcony and it's view. The apartment had everything you needed... in the kitchen, especially the appliances. The decor and design was gorgeous and the TVs worked perfectly. I give the whole experience a 10 out of 10... the only thing we missed out on was the rooftop pool and that was because of the weather.... there's a nice gym and also laundry room in the lobby. I would definitely come back here and also recommend to my friends.

We booked with Carla and from the moment we arrived until check-out, she was very attentive and communicative, which is incredibly important when traveling. The property is nice and feels very secure, although please note that it is a studio-sized space. We did encounter an issue with the washer that unfortunately ruined my wife's $60 shorts, which were brand new. Carla promptly contacted the building manager to address the situation. However, we did not receive any reimbursement or compensation for the damaged shorts, so I would advise caution when using the washing machine on the property. Overall, the place is very private and secure, making it a comfortable stay despite the minor inconveniences.

Excelente apto, muy bonito, una zona sin ruidos y verdaderamente para descansar, muy completo el apto con todo lo necesario. Jose esta super pendiente de cualquier cosa que necesites, cualquier duda que tenia la respondía de inmediato. Pienso volver pronto.

Luis Carlo's place was a great find. I had a few questions for him and he was fast to respond. The place is a very nice, clean and modern apartment with beautiful views of the mountains and city. By being on the 6th floor, you do not hear a lot of street noise and feel safe. Orlando who is the caretaker and checks you in was always available when and if you need something, like clean towels. Luis Carlos's was very accommodating when we had to stay longer and I submitted the extra days through the Airbnb website and he approved it which was a great relief as we would of had to find somewhere else to go. So that was very convenient. Over all, our stay was fabulous and recommend this beautiful Airbnb.
