Wonderful rustic duplex, nestled in the core of Avegno, offers peace and quiet. Inside there is a small dining room corner with fireplace and pineapple and a new kitchen; going up the stairs you can access the two bedrooms, a double for a thousand and one night and a transformable single bed to a double bed and a comfortable bathroom with a bathtub. Outside there are many spaces to read or eat, a beautiful terrace with a chaise longue, a patio with a table and chairs, and a garden with armchairs.

Casa Valeggia is located in a quiet residential area. The house has many windows and sun in charming position above the village of Maggia overlooking the waterfall of the Valle del Salto, nestled in a tropical garden, fully fenced and with a small swimming pool. Close to the house there is the possibility to swim in the river or at the waterfall. Recommended for people seeking tranquility, hikers and in search for privacy and contact with nature. Breath the fresh air from the valley.

In January the temperature in the house is max 16 degrees Bed linen and towels 25.00 CHF per person. reservations of less than one week are accepted only in the month prior to the vacation date. Berghütte Arnau, Canton Tessin Maggiatal

We rent our lovingly furnished mountain hut in the Maggiatal Valley, Canton of Ticino. Built in 1866, the Rustico was completely renovated in 2021 and is located on Mount Arnau, above the village of Giumaglio, at an altitude of 1000 m. The hut is only accessible on foot and requires a two-hour hike uphill. It offers everything for a cozy and relaxing stay. We look forward to your visit. Casa Cincilla above Lake Maggiore

My apartment belongs to Ronco and has a magnificent view over Lake Maggiore. Distance to the village of Ronco: 10 minutes on foot. The "Cimitero" (cemetery) bus stop is 50 meters from the entrance. Ronco (353 m above sea level) has 700 inhabitants and 4 restaurants. Distance to Ascona: 15 minutes by car. The apartment was completed in 2016. It is small (28 square meters) but nice (all new high-quality equipment). This apartment is a non-smoking apartment.

Our small, authentic Rustico is located between the villages of Contra and Mergoscia (about 30-40 minutes away by foot) in the hamlet of Fressino. It is suitable for 2 people (plus max. 2 toddlers) and is ideal for nature lovers and hikers. Some hiking trails start right at your doorstep.
