Inside there is a small dining room corner with fireplace and pineapple and a new kitchen; going up the stairs you can access the two bedrooms, a double for a thousand and one night and a transformable single bed to a double bed and a comfortable bathroom with a bathtub. Outside there are many spaces to read or eat, a beautiful terrace with a chaise longue, a patio with a table and chairs, and a garden with armchairs.

Das dreihundertjährige Haus wurde 2021-2024 aufwändig restauriert mit dem Ziel, seinen Charakter zu bewahren. Beim Umbau mit lokalen Handwerksbetrieben wurde viel Wert auf die Verwendung natürlicher Materialien gelegt. Das Haus ist sehr hochwertig ausgestattet mit einer luxuriösen Küche, einem modernen Bad und einem tollen Garten.

The house is very quiet and you can reach it in about 7 minutes' walk uphill from the private parking lot or on foot from the public parking lot in Canedo in about 15 minutes on a flat path. There is no direct car access.

My apartment belongs to Ronco and has a magnificent view over Lake Maggiore. Distance to the village of Ronco: 10 minutes on foot. The "Cimitero" (cemetery) bus stop is 50 meters from the entrance. Ronco (353 m above sea level) has 700 inhabitants and 4 restaurants. Distance to Ascona: 15 minutes by car. The apartment was completed in 2016. It is small (28 square meters) but nice (all new high-quality equipment). This apartment is a non-smoking apartment.

Berghütte Arnau, Canton Tessin Maggiatal

We rent our lovingly furnished mountain hut in the Maggia Valley, Canton of Ticino. Built in 1866, Rustico was completely renovated in 2021 and is located on Mount Arnau, above the village of Giumaglio, at 1000 m altitude. The cottage is within walking distance and requires a two hour hike uphill. It offers everything for a cozy and restful stay. Looking forward to seeing you.
