Geniesse das Tessin in einem romantischen, im Wald gelegenen Rustico mit 2 Schlafzimmern (je 2 Betten) sowie einem Massenlager im Dachstock (aufgr. Vorschriften des Kantons Tessin darf ich max. 6 Erwachsene beherbergen). Ruhig im Wald gelegen, mit Auto erreichbar, Parkplätze vorhanden. Einfaches Steinhaus mit fliessend Warmwasser, vollständig ausgerüsteter Küche, aber kein Geschirrspüler und keine Waschmaschine. Heizung bei Bedarf mit Gas, Elektroofen oder Holz. WLAN vorhanden, kein TV.

The rustic Desy is a 16th-century Ticinese house. It has a living room, kitchen, toilet, and an original food cellar. From the stairs, you pass to two pine-lined rooms. A double room separated by a door from a triple room. The house is located in a space surrounded by greenery, a stone's throw from the square. It is bordered by a pleasant stream, which accompanies the guest almost in a daily mantra ritual. Here relaxation, lightheartedness, and adventure are the order of the day!

Minimum one adult 27 years old. There are 3 houses (total 15/17 beds.) In January the temperature in the house is max 16 degrees Bed linen and towels 25.00 CHF per person. reservations of less than one week are accepted only in the month prior to the vacation date. Cà Lüina, a historic, spacious rustico, is located in the heart of Boschetto, a listed hamlet above Cevio in the Maggia Valley. The 300-year-old house underwent extensive restoration between 2021 and 2024 with the aim of preserving its character. During the renovation, which was carried out by local craftsmen, great importance was attached to the use of natural materials. The house is very well equipped with a luxurious kitchen, a modern bathroom and a great garden.

Thanks to the open fireplace and the oil heating, it can also get a little colder. It has a large terrace with a table and barbecue area. And under the canopy you can also sit outside in the rain.
