Two stone houses immersed in the woods, in the small "Gropp" complex, reachable from the parking lot in 18 minutes on foot along a paved pedestrian road, the last 10 minutes of which are a slightly uphill path in the woods. Cà Lüina, a historic, spacious rustico, is located in the heart of Boschetto, a listed hamlet above Cevio in the Maggia Valley. The 300-year-old house underwent extensive restoration between 2021 and 2024 with the aim of preserving its character. During the renovation, which was carried out by local craftsmen, great importance was attached to the use of natural materials. The house is very well equipped with a luxurious kitchen, a modern bathroom and a great garden.
