Il Rustico AdeL si trova sui Monti di Rima a 10 minuti d’auto da Broglio, alta Vallemaggia. Recentissima ristrutturazione tra il 2022 e il 2023. Un piccolo villaggio caratteristico a 1000 m, facilmente raggiungibile con L automobile. A rendere unica la posizione è un’affascinante ambiente naturale, ed il suo panorama unico. Ideale per gli amanti della natura, delle passeggiate e della tranquillità assoluta. Dista 1h circa d’auto da Locarno. Dal paese di Broglio si raggiunge il fiume Maggia.

Immerso nella natura in zona tranquilla e soleggiata il grazioso rustico Cansgei si dispone su tre piani. Al pian terreno piccolo atrio d'entrata, camera matrimoniale e cantina. Al primo piano cucina aperta, soggiorno con camino e bagno con doccia. Accesso a ampia terrazza con grill e divano lounge. Al secondo piano camera con 4 letti singoli raggiungibile tramite scala esterna. Posteggio privato a circa 30m dalla casa. Dotato di diversi comfort quali wifi + TV, lavatrice e lavastoviglie.

Wir vermieten unsere liebevoll eingerichtete Berghütte im Maggiatal, Kanton Tessin. Das 1866 erbaute Rustico wurde 2021 vollständig renoviert und liegt auf dem Berg Arnau, oberhalb des Dorfes Giumaglio, auf 1000 m Höhe. Die Hütte ist nur zu Fuß erreichbar und erfordert eine zweistündige Wanderung bergauf. Sie bietet alles für einen gemütlichen und erholsamen Aufenthalt. Wir freuen uns auf Ihren Besuch. Das dreihundertjährige Haus wurde 2021-2024 aufwändig restauriert mit dem Ziel, seinen Charakter zu bewahren. Beim Umbau mit lokalen Handwerksbetrieben wurde viel Wert auf die Verwendung natürlicher Materialien gelegt. Our caravan is located 1200 meters above sea level with a fantastic view of the entire valley and surrounding mountains. The caravan is located on a private road used only by us. There are a number of hiking opportunities around the village. The caravan is simply furnished. The kitchen is fully equipped. The bathroom is located outside the caravan ca. 100 m away in a building. Piano di Campo can be reached by bus.

Grazioso rustico in un piccolo nucleo di Gerra Verzasca. Ideale per massimo 2 persone. Disposto su tre piani. Al pian terreno troviamo la cucina con camino e tavolo da pranzo. Mediante scala a chiocciola si raggiunge il primo piano dove è situato il salottino con accesso al balcone. Sempre al primo piano troviamo il servizio wc con doccia e lavabo. Nel sottotetto all'ultimo piano vi è la camera da letto/studio.
