Riverside Priory, 2-Bedroom House

Nestled by the river Seine, in an artist village in the region of Champagne, this former priory is located only 100km from Paris (55mn direct train between the neighboring Nogent s/Sein and Gare de l'Est). This is an authentic and ressourcing place, newly renovated, loaded with 400 years of history. We have decorated the house with love and care, the equipment is very generous. Bikes of diverse sizes (for adults and children), kayaks, SUPs and other inside and outside equipments are available.

Bienvenue dans votre parenthèse à la campagne. Posez vos valises dans cette petite maison chaleureuse, pensée pour le calme et le confort . Vous profiterez d’un espace de vie lumineux avec cuisine équipée, coin repas et salon cosy. Deux chambres avec lits doubles 140 cm, dont une avec penderie, ainsi qu’une salle de bain avec douche et WC complètent le tout. Équipements complets : four, micro-ondes, lave-vaisselle, lave-linge séchant, cafetière… Il ne vous reste plus qu’à vous installer.

The house is located in a quiet hamlet (1 neighbor shares it with us), 25 minutes from the cities of Sens, Nemours and Montereau. From the house, many walks to reach the surrounding hamlets and villages. 4 km away: Intermarché, pharmacy and bakery. The house includes on the ground floor a living room of 60 m2 and a dining kitchen of 30 m2, open to the garden Upstairs 4 bedrooms, 1 shower room and 1 bathroom.

Come and get a breath of fresh air and relax in our 2* rated gîte. The Ô Lunain gîte, a 40 m2 house located in Nonville, a village in the Lunain Valley between Fontainebleau, Nemours and Morêt Sur Loing. Peaceful haven in a property with 4 hectares of garden, woods and river. We live on site in another house, we will be happy to host you. Electric heating and wood-burning stove for those who want it. Not recommended for children under 10 years of age for safety reasons (river).

Cozy chalet on the edge of the lake

[Idyllic corner on the outskirts of Paris] This small lakefront cottage dates from 1984, it has been redecorated but needs to be renovated, which is why I am renting it out to raise funds for the work. Everything is functional, there is just the floor that is not accessible. Cottage located in a private residence with a large lake ideal for swimming and fishing.
