Please note that breaking the rules may result in eviction without a refund. 🔑 Keys & check-out If you leave before check-out time, please leave the keys on the table and close the door behind you. Always lock the door when you go out. Lost keys will incur a €50 replacement fee. 🚭 No smoking Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. Please smoke outside. 🌍 Save energy We kindly ask you to turn off the lights and air conditioning when leaving the apartment. 🧺 Extra services We can arrange extra cleaning or additional bed linens upon request when booking. 💰 Tourist tax The Catalan government charges a tourist tax of €10.45 per person (16 years and older) per night, up to 7 nights. This tax must be paid to access the apartment. ⏰ Check-in Check-in is from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. If you arrive later, let us know in advance; late arrivals incur an additional fee depending on the time: -MONDAY TO FRIDAY 8pm to 12am :40 € from 12am: 60€ SATURDAY, SUNDAY and HOLIDAYS Until 8pm: 30€ from 8pm: 60€. Payment must be made in cash at check-in. ⏰ Check-out Check-out is before 11:00 a.m. If there’s no new booking for the day, you may leave your luggage in the apartment until your departure; let us know if you need a late check-out and we’ll do our best to accommodate you. On your last day, please wash the dishes and take out the trash.
