Up on a little hill, guest house of a 500 years traditional house, embedded in a wood of 25 hectares. The guest house has a private garden, a mini pool, and an independent entrance. Air conditioning. Barcelona's center is only 20 min by train, trains every 6/10 mins, 1,2 euro ticket trip, the train station is 3 min by car, free parking at station and house. Alternatively, the city center is 20 minutes by car. Beach is 25 minutes by car.Car recommended. Nature, peaceful, beautiful sunsets.

Located in a very quiet residential area 800 meters from the Barbera train station with which you can reach Barcelona in 15 minutes and 200 meters from the direct bus stop to Barcelona, a shopping center and also a direct bus to the UAB. Located a 7-minute drive from the UAB.

The patio house is the result of a dream. Located next to the pool in the courtyard of the main house, it consists of two rooms. In the beautiful entrance there is a huge dressing room. From there, you will access an open space in which you will not find anything missing. 2 terraces for your exclusive use The pool, barbecue, solarium, and patio are shared with my granddaughter and me.
