Basalt House

There is a certain magic at Basalt House that is felt the moment you step foot on the property. Once a speak-easy, this house has charm. Recently remodeled, every design detail was carefully selected to enhance the home's artistic vibe. Cook in the chef's kitchen, sip some wine & soak up the twinkling views of downtown & lush surroundings. Use of sauna, indoor/outdoor fireplaces & there's even a stage for event possibilities. Less than 10 mins to downtown, close to the airport, hiking/biking.

Treehouse in the pines - King bed

Enjoy this one-of-a-kind experience situated in the pine trees located just outside of Spokane. Featuring a cozy 400 square foot living space, with books, games, and a gas fireplace as well as a kitchenette with everything you need to make a meal for two. The bedroom has a king-sized bed and a 10-foot accordion door that opens completely to the deck outside with a hot tub waiting for you. Please note: While it is private, the treehouse is on a property with two other occupied structures.

WineDown - Relax with a view! Guest suite

If you want to wind down, WineDown is your place! A relaxing Airbnb, sitting on five wooded acres, tucked in a South Valley neighborhood. The Suite is located on the lower level of our Tuscan Home with a private deck and hot tub for guest use only. A gated community provides extra security. The guest entrance offer a beautiful view of the peaceful pines and wandering wildlife. We are on site during your stay and try to greet guests if available. Seasonal traction tires may be required.

An affordable indulgence in a quiet locale near downtown & Spokane Valley. On Sacred Grounds offers traditional hospitality with modern amenities. This lower South Hill private accommodation incl. private 2 bedrooms (queen & full beds), adjoining bathroom, living room with a couch/futon, mini-refrigerator, TV, piano, (450SF) & shared access to a full kitchen . The Barn Suite

Welcome to the family “Barn” located on the back half of our property. This “Barn was relocated from an adjacent property in 1957 which was used as a chicken coop, a horse barn and then remodeled for the first time in the late 60’s to accommodate living quarters for Anne’s brothers. In 2023 this was stripped to the studs; everything is new, the unit is furnished with king size bed, sitting area, kitchenette and full separate bathroom. This is a Non smoking and No Pet Suite/Property.

Funky D Barnery

Come enjoy our beautiful private resort nestled next to our vineyard with breathtaking views of the sunset, sipping a glass of wine while taking a soak in the hot tub, or going full on Norwegian in the outdoor cedar sauna and plunge into the pool. Then come back inside, curl up by the wood stove and relax. We have renovated this 1906 barn into a perfect guest suite including all the modern conveniences without losing the rustic elegance of the past. Welcome to the Funky D Ranch.

Bruce and Judy's Cozy Cottage

The guest house is a cozy, modern place perfect for a couple's stay in Spokane. In 2016, we gutted and rebuilt the 550 sq. ft. guest house and insulated it so it is very quiet inside. Kitchen is fully equipped. Close to popular hiking & biking trails, great restaurants, shopping, and the beautiful outdoors, you’ll love both exploring the gorgeous country views, finding the most fantastic sunrises and sunsets as well as settling into a fully-functional kitchen and cozy space.

Lekstuga

Get away from the hustle and bustle of the city for a cozy stay in “Lekstuga”. Our modern Scandinavian tiny cabin is tucked away on the ridge of our 40 acre estate with an unobstructed view of the snowy peak of Mt. Spokane. Providing an intimate environment, ideal for couples or individuals seeking a restorative retreat, this is the perfect place to slow down and surround yourself in natural beauty while exploring the trails or the many nearby Spokane highlights.

Spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom rancher south Spokane. Guests have full private access (1500 sq ft) w/no interruptions (this is not a shared space). Golf course (5 minutes walking distance). Ten minutes from stores, restaurants, local grill and pubs. 15 minutes from downtown Spokane. This quiet neighborhood located off the Palouse Hwy will provide a peaceful and relaxing stay. Enjoy a lush backyard with large maple trees. Quick access from I-90 and US-195 South.
