Very nice appartement for a city where appartement are usually very small. If you looking to tour and rest, it's one of the place. Spacious, very Italian, great vibe. All beddings, showers, kitchen were great. Despite the traffic, the appartement is very quiet and very large. Coming with two couple or even three you will have plenty of space. We were a party of 3 and it was really big for us, everyone had their own space. Pietro was very helpful and helped us feel welcome in Rome! Thank you!

Luigi's house is great! It has plenty of space inside, is well equipped and a wonderfully large garden. Many very pretty transmissions grow in it, but they have poisonous berries. Here you have to be careful with very young children. The beach was unfortunately not very tidy because of the low season, but the sea was still great. We were on site without a car, there are many shops, restaurants and two bus stops nearby. Unfortunately, the buses often arrive too early or too late and you have to buy your ticket in a point of sale or in an app, the bus driver is only exceptionally and then much more expensive. To Anzio (12km) it usually costs €1.30 for the bus driver but 7€. Natalia's care was warm and great and we were able to make arrival and departure flexible.

Our stay was absolutely fantastic! The place was so beautiful and peaceful, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The host was incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home. The kids had a great time with the pool and all the sports equipment. Highly recommend!

Top vacations, we stayed in this beautiful villa. Large with lots of beds, two bathrooms, one with a jacuzzi. Very large garden. Behind the house a very large but above all fenced field, for those like us who travel with dogs is the ideal place. Everything is well cared for and a garden available with lots of tomatoes, vegetables and fresh basil. In the evening we always had dinner on the porch behind the villa where we enjoyed the cool evening. Unfortunately, we did not meet him in person, but we were always in touch by phone and he was very attentive to our stay. We'll definitely be back. There were 6 of us and two dogs and the rooms were advancing. Negative note, when you leave you miss the house. Thank you Paolo

Small apartment for max 3 people. Very clean and tidy. Everything important is available in the apartment. In the house itself, the apartment is located up a small staircase. It is completely furnished in Ikea style. And visually appealing. Although some shelves in the bedroom or living room are at an inaccessible height, they complete the overall design. The Italians have different room heights. We liked the apartment very much. TV is available, all channels are Italian. Turntables and CD players, records and CDs in large selection. Otherwise everything in good condition. Washing machine in the bathroom also available, as well as a bidet. Price/performance is okay.

We stayed the week from August 18 to 25... We were two families. We had a great time. The villa is fantastic, especially a patio where you can eat and stay in the garden to get cool in the evening... the house is equipped with both a dishwasher and a washing machine, each room has air conditioning... house in a strategic position in a moment by the sea and in a moment you can visit Rome go to the island of Ponza, etc., etc... Judith a fantastic person helped me with every request. He even found parking in the center of Rome restaurants where I could eat, in short, we were very satisfied... I recommend Giuditta's villa to everyone...
