Excellent location close to wineries and hiking. Great setup with deck facing sunset and fire pit also facing sunset. Bedroom and separate living area make for a very comfortable stay

Great spot! The cottage itself was perfect for my wife, myself and 2 small dogs. It was comfortable, private, and mostly quiet. I say mostly as it is located alongside the primary wine trail road for east Seneca lake, so you will occasionally hear some cars whizzing by, but not bad at all, especially when inside. The location for me was also a big highlight! Closely located to some wonderful wineries/breweries, good eats, and parks. Watkins Glen is only like a 15 min drive. I would stay here again.

Karen was an exceptional host. She greeted us and made sure to answer any questions we may have had. She guided us to some local places to eat. Karen has a comfortable private space attached to her home and cannot wait to return.

The Mulberry apartment was clean, spacious, and very comfortable with a beautiful view. The host was friendly and helpful. The location is very central to everything going on in the region. We had a great time and wouldn't look elsewhere if we returned to the area.
