Great place, great taste in decorating, lots of space to enjoy, comfortable. Great for families. In addition, Nico was always present and full of details. We had problems with the house's power, which cut off the electricity, but the truth was that it was not a nuisance for us. Things that happen and she never stopped working to solve them. Beautiful, bright, clean and very functional steps from the beach between forests is Carlos's house. Nothing is missing and Carlos as an excellent host turned out to be a great stay. We are already scheduling a new and longer stay, I would recommend it 100%

This is truly a one of a kind unique place to stay in Valparaiso. The location is perfect, the neighborhood was funky with lots of small restaurants and boutiques nearby. Of course there was street art everywhere. We were a few blocks from a bakery and small market that we frequented multiple times. The house itself was a historic and beautifully maintained building. It was enormous, somehow even bigger than the pictures. There were lots of interesting old knickknacks throughout the house. The view from the upper room was beautiful. Pablo was a very gracious host and we were met by Cecelia who went out of her way to make us comfortable despite the language barrier. On top of it all we were met with a bottle of Chilean wine. Can’t recommend enough.

Incredible place to spend a few days relaxing and disconnecting from everything, it has a spectacular view and the quincho is a perfect place to spend the day with the family. Michelle is an excellent host, very kind, flexible, precise directions, she answered at all times, always very concerned about all the details. We certainly hope to return at a future opportunity.

The house has everything described in the publication, it is a really quiet and ideal environment for a rest and disconnection. Thank Alvaro for the attention provided, who at all times before and during the stay was concerned that everything worked well, even making quite accurate recommendations about the surrounding vineyards. The house is very close to the city, which allows access to the commerce and tourist opportunities it can offer. Everything in this accommodation works perfectly, it is definitely a place to visit again.

A perfect apartment in a perfect location in Cerro Alegre. The space is clean and has everything you need- including an incredible view of Valparaíso on the terrace. Check in and out were a breeze; if (when!) I return again to Valpo I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Very nice loft , it was spotless, as shown in the pictures, beautiful view especially during the night and early morning. Easy and easy access and quiet. Totally recommendable.

Wonderful apartment with the most amazing 180• views of the colorful hills and sea. Very walkable area and easy to take the metro to Viña Del Mar. Bed was SUPER comfortable. Great stay, highly recommend.

Lean’s place was so comfortable and beautifully decorated and he was a fantastic host! The views from the balcony are incredible and it’s super walkable to a lot of the main attractions in Valpo! A lot of past guests commented on the neighborhood being kind of rough, which I admit, it seems on the surface, but I also found it’s a neighborhood with friendly shop owners, and where the operator of the ascensor asks the local riders about their families and knows the details of their lives. For those of us who grew up in or have fallen in love with neighborhoods that are slightly rough around the edges, it feels very welcoming. I would absolutely stay here again next time I’m in town and I highly recommend checking out Lean’s ceramics studio if you get a chance. He’s an excellent artist on top of being a wonderful host!

Beautiful apartment with a stunning view of the ocean with lots of restaurants and bars within walking distance. The kitchen was spacious and well equipped. The bedrooms were comfortable.

We visited Maitencillo with my sisters in the most serene and beautiful environment we could imagine. The apartment view was incredible, the access to the beach with an elevator and an incredible area for a long walk. Javier was the best host I experienced, he was welcoming and answered all my questions and suggested ideas for restaurants. The place is elegant, comfortable, beautiful, it made our family reunion an unforgettable experience. We visited during the month of June, which is the best time if you are looking for a peaceful and relaxing time.

Claudio's place worked perfectly for our party of two couples. We had privacy with two bedrooms and two bathrooms as well as useful and comfortable shared space in the kitchen, living room, and 2nd floor patio. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare breakfasts and most dinners over the course of 5 days. We enjoyed the convenience of having breakfast at the central counter in the kitchen and the pleasure of having dinner on the patio with comfortable chairs and a view of the peaceful, shared, c courtyard. We loved the location and walked every day to enjoy the touristed areas and neighborhoods. It worked well to use Uber to get to Pablo Neruda's house, La Sebastiana, and to walk back along Ave. Alemania. A convenience store was just a 4 minute walk away. Parking was very secure inside a locked gate with surveillance, and the security guys were helpful and polite from check-in to departure. They buzz you in as soon as they see you approach the pedestrian gate once they know you.

Clara's apartment is just as described, it is comfortable, located in a beautiful complex that respects the architectural design of the city! On the other hand Clara is an excellent host, she always responded quickly and with quick, efficient and friendly communication. The apartment has everything you need to make your stay a pleasant place, where you can feel at home. We definitely recommend this apartment, where you can get lost in the magical streets of Cerro Alegre, which makes it a space in one of the best locations in the city!
