Cottage holiday rentals in Vals-les-Bains

We had a great 2 weeks at Steeve's. I came with my husband and our dog to recharge our batteries and go on beautiful hikes. The house and garden are very well furnished. The pool, jacuzzi, and petanque court were very much appreciated! Steeve was great, very responsive to every message, he even dropped off charcoal so we could have a bbq. We can only recommend it! Thanks to Steeve for his kindness, we'll be back with pleasure!

We had a great time Ideal place to relax and relax. Hosts of extreme kindness. The small village of Lussas allows you to have small local shops nearby. We highly recommend. The Elves Cottage has fulfilled all its promises.

Great stay at Anne's. Anne was very welcoming and receptive when we needed it. The accommodation is tastefully decorated and is full of small touches (speaker, charger, handkerchief, barbecue… if needed). Thanks again, we'll be happy to come back if the opportunity arises!

We had a lovely stay at this place. The hosts were very welcoming and attentive to us. We enjoyed the accommodation which was tastefully decorated and very clean. The real plus in this summer period is the air conditioning and access to the aquatic area. We recommend it with great pleasure.

Hikes and walks with baby, everything is within walking distance (restaurant, grocery store, Balazuc beach and small shops)

8 days of pure happiness. Frédéric and Valérie are very friendly hosts, very welcoming and very proactive. Their cottage is a real haven of peace, a relaxing space that allows you to completely disconnect from stress. We will probably go back, so recommend without hesitation. we had a wonderful week in Yves' house. You can ride a bike, climb, raft or bath in the area. The house has everything you need and is very nicely furnished!

great stay for 4 in a place in the middle of nowhere, ideal for recharging, by the pool, or during mild evenings. Many walks, outings nearby, Sophie has been very welcoming, smiling, available and responsive as needed, while respecting our privacy. I recommend!

Great stay circa 10 minutes walk from centre. Very quiet, great outside space with pool, excellent for kids with various outdoor games etc. We had a baby so good cot and mattress. Vallons pont d'arc superb area for kayaking, visiting the grotte and cycling plus loads more. Had a lot of fun.

Great place to spend the week end with a handful of friends. Very comfy and felt like home instantly !

We rented the house for 10 days in early November. We were lucky with the weather (or it is common for this time of year) and were able to sit outside on the terrace regularly. In the evening and in the morning it was cold but no need, the house is perfectly heatable. The view when you sit on the terrace is so beautiful, so relaxing. There were 2 of us and we took the main bedroom: beautiful ❤️ Wonderful beds. The house is really on top authentic French but with all the comfort of today. Plenty of space, a very well equipped kitchen and a very sweet attention when entering on the kitchen table. (multiple gifts) From the house you can walk into the woods, there are plenty of hiking trails. There is also a lot to do in the area by car. A lot is about a 30-minute drive, but that's not far for France. We had a great time and really recommend the house.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sabine's charming little house. Sabine and Marie-Rose, who takes care of the accommodation, did everything to make us feel good and that we didn't miss anything. The house is nice to spend a few relaxing days in a quiet environment with many walks accessible without taking the car. We recommend this place to all lovers of authenticity and nature.

Anne is a host who communicates easily, she is very quick to respond. The accommodation is a cottage with warm comfort and a high square above the village and the valley. It is a place to rest and which leaves walkers with a wide selection of hikes. The restaurants in the valley are of great quality! Welcoming people! What a very good one! Thanks

It is a spacious and "open" house. All the amenities are there and everything has been thought of. Also for the (small) children. The surroundings are fantastic if you like peace and nature. From the house you can take beautiful walks. The host welcomed us warmly. If we needed anything extra, it was taken care of. Grateful and satisfied we go home.

We had a great time in a quiet, pleasant and well-equipped house. Access to the river from the house is a big plus. The area is beautiful. We'll be back!

The property is beautiful and my daily pleasure was to have my coffee on the terrace listening to the birds chirping, then go to greet the chickens and the horse, happy and discreet boarders. The cottage is simple and has everything you need for your stay. The environment is super quiet and refreshing. A big thank you to these charming owners Marie-Noëlle and Jérémy. I would recommend this site to all nature lovers.

The accommodation is very comfortable, clean and beautiful. We were very satisfied with our 1-year-old son there and Peggy has provided us with a super good baby equipment. The veranda and the view are simply fantastic, it really gives you a holiday feeling. We will be happy to come back :)

Great location for exploring this part of the Ardèche, great views over the valley from Gaelles house and garden, and the access nearby to a pristine mountain river is magical. Recommendable!

Lovely stay with an absolutely stunning garden/patio. Great view over the hills of the Ardèche. You instantly feel right at home. Very peaceful surroundings and great distance to bigger cities like Aubenas. A lot of activities nearby, like canyoning in the Besorgues or via ferrata in Thueyts. Plenty of amenities. Don't forget to bring bed linnen and bath towels.

A beautiful terrace bathed in light. A small charming house because of its interior design, its comfort and modern amenities. A peaceful and quiet oasis in an area to discover.
