Casa Elia is a detached building with private parking and the possibility of a closed garage for motorcycles and bicycles, large garden with table and chairs ideal for your moments of relaxation. The house offers you the tranquility of a small town a stone's throw from Lake Maggiore, the Ossola Valleys and the Toce cycle path. Bikes, a crib with bars, a high chair and outdoor games are available for guests. The accommodation is on 2 floors with 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, a living room and a kitchen (equipped with linens and dishes).

The Casa del Sole apartment is located in the highest part of the village and can be reached by walking along the main street La Gassa, which consists of wide steps. From the windows you can enjoy the panoramic view of the typical beola roofs of the Walser houses of Campello Monti and the surrounding peaks. You will be impressed by the quiet and the sounds of nature that surround you. In the apartment, furnished with care, you will feel at home.

Linens, bedding, and bathroom. Large entrance and garden, with the possibility of bike storage. Excellent for excursions between Valstrona, Valsesia, Val d'Ossola and lakes.

Beautiful secluded chalet in a hidden corner of Piedmont, on the border with Switzerland located at 1300 meters. The chalet is inside a green oasis of meadow, pasture and vegetable gardens, surrounded by a dense forest of centuries-old pine trees. Ideal for those seeking tranquility, contact with themselves and nature. The view of the 4,000 Swiss mountains is breathtaking! During the winter season, in case of snowfall, you will need to park about 500 meters from the chalet, we will gladly help you with your luggage!

It is located in a small alpine village from which you can reach other villages and towns, on foot and by car. The garden for exclusive use with dining area, barbecue, swimming pool, parasols and deckchairs is much loved. Wi-Fi is available.

Picturesque, Historic Villa with Island Views

Gaze over stunning 180-degree views of islands on Lago Maggiore from the expansive, floor-to-ceiling windows of this lovely, 230-year-old rustic stone villa. Antique furnishings perfectly complement the historic architecture. The house is on 3 floors so a fair bit of walking up and down stairs is required. The main bedroom is on the upper floor and the 2nd bedroom (two single beds) and bathroom on the lowest floor. Ideal for couples and families but not for the elderly or groups of 4 adults.

The oldest residential house on the Island of San Giulio, situated in the middle of Lake Orta, distanced 400m from the mainland, accessible only via boat. The villa belongs to our family since 1637, completely refurbished whilst maintaining it's antique medieval charm, we hope you experience an unforgettable holiday in one of the most beautiful and romantic Italian lake locations. Enjoy swimming the clean waters, using our SUP, kayak & water sports equipment. A 40HP boat is available for rent.

Casa Ele Gio is a cozy vacation home in Pieve Vergonte, perfect for those looking for tranquility and comfort. Ideal for couples, families, or small groups, it offers more space than a standard apartment and can accommodate up to 4 people. It has 2 bedrooms, a bright living area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom. Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and parking included. Perfect for exploring the Val d’Ossola or for relaxing. We are happy to accept pets, but only small pets (max. 10 kg).

Baita Beatrice

An ideal place for those looking for true tranquility. and true contact with nature. Looking for habits of the past such as lighting the wood stove and the fireplace. Possibility to party without fear of disturbing the neighbors until late at night. The paved road that leads to the Baita is a mountain road, therefore narrow and with many curves, while the path to reach Baita Beatrice is a 5-minute walk. P.S. We are at 1080m above sea level, so suitable footwear is required.

Cà dul Barba, an old renovated house from the 1700s located in the western Piedmont Alps, in the hamlet of Santa Maria di Fomarco, Pieve Vergonte. A few meters from the oldest Marian Sanctuary in the area, it is a 30-minute drive from Lake Maggiore and Lake Orta and a 15-minute drive from Domodossola. Ideal starting point for wonderful trips to the nearby Ossola Valleys Anzasca, Antrona, Bognanco, Divedro, Formazza and Vigezzo.
