Attilio heeft werkelijk voor alles gezorgd in dit smaakvol ingericht appartement. Je komt hier niets tekort, volledig ingerichte keuken, wasmachine, usb-kabels voor het opladen van alle apparatuur, droogrek op het terras,. Het appartement ligt op het gelijkvloers, heeft een heel groot terras met een prachtig uitzicht op de zee, twee ruime slaapkamers met elk een eigen badkamer. Ondergronds is er een garage. Wij kwamen aan op een feestdag waardoor het ’s avonds lawaaierig op straat was. Maar door het sluiten van de ramen en rolluiken werd het geluid goed gedempt. De kleine attenties (fles water in de koelkast, snoepjes en knabbels, koffiepads, zeep voor de wasmachine, shampoo en zeep in de badkamers) en de vele tips maken van Attilio een perfecte gastheer. Dit is een echte aanrader!!

I had a wonderful holiday at Salvatore’s place – the location is truly beautiful, cozy, and perfect for relaxing. The scenery is stunning, and the surrounding area offers a delightful experience with lovely restaurants and local services. The atmosphere is warm, and the welcome was genuinely heartfelt; I felt at home right away. Salvatore is a thoughtful and kind host who does his best to ensure guests feel comfortable. I also received help with some practical arrangements that we had agreed on in advance. I’ll carry fond memories of the unique charm and warmth of this place. Très bon séjour chez Damiano Très bonne communication, instructions claires s’agissant du logement et sa localisation. Damiano est arrangeant et nous avons vu beaucoup de petites attentions à notre arrivée. Effectivement il y a le bruit de la route comme le disent les autres commentaires mais il y a aussi et surtout le bruit et la vue sur mer imprenable A 2 pas du centre d’Aci Trezza et emplacement idéal pour visiter Catane et ses environs (en voiture : Syracuse et Etna 1 h, Taormine 40 mn, Catane 30mn) Je vous recommande ce logement !

We absolutely loved this apartment. It was clean and spacious and looked exactly like the photos. So thoughtfully decorated and finished. Do not be put off by the street entrance - once you open the door at the top of the stairs, so much beauty awaits. There are lovely restaurants very close by, and there is easy access to all the sights. Salvo was an exceptional host - responded quickly to messages and checked up on us frequently. Thank you for a memorable stay.

Wunderschöne, neue Unterkunft mit tollem Balkon und herrlicher (Gemeinschafts-)Dachterrasse. Kommunikation mit Roberta war top, sie hat sich um alles super schnell gekümmert. Lage ist strategisch gut für Ausflüge zum Ätna oder nach Taormina. Einen Parkplatz haben wir immer vor dem Haus oder in einer Straße ums Eck (am Wasser) gefunden.

The apartment is wonderful even in January in the rain and the terrance just amazing with views of the sunrise over the sea one side and a snow capped Mt Etna the other. Both Giuseppe and his mum, very helpful and generous hosts, with fridge stocked and breakfast food provided. Also the wi-fi is super fast and was great for working video calls and Netflix. We absolutely had a lovely stay. The view was breathtaking, from waking up in the morning with coffee on the terrace to cozy dinner at home with the beautiful view. Simply amazing. The apartment bad everything you needed and more, ready to move in and has back up in case you forgot anything. Parking across the street was a big bonus. The location itself is amazing. Quiet cute town, easy to get in and out and it was centrally located to so many other destinations around the coast. If you’re a seafood loved there are amazing restaurants just downstairs on the water with true Sicilian seafood cuisine. the area. We will be back for sure.

Wonderful house and location! We loved it here. The house has a lot of beautiful furniture, as well as an open terrace with a great view. The host Franco was so very kind, gave us many recommendations on local beaches and cafes

Our stay in Taormina was absolutely unforgettable, and Sabrina's Airbnb was a true highlight of our trip. The location couldn’t have been better—just a short walk to the city center, yet tucked away enough to enjoy peace and quiet. The views from the property were breathtaking, and we found ourselves pausing often just to take them in. The space itself was beautifully decorated, with thoughtful touches that made it feel both elegant and welcoming. We couldn’t have asked for a better home base during our time in Sicily. Highly recommend!

Eine tolle Zeit haben wir dort verbracht. Leider nur 2 Nächte. Wir kommen definitiv wieder. Es war genau das was wir brauchten. Und es ist ein interessantes und beeindruckendes Projekt.

Antonio hat uns persönlich begrüßt und ausführlich alles erklärt. Er ist sehr freundlich. Für Fragen war er immer erreichbar und hat sofort weitergeholfen. Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Diese ist außergewöhnlich: sehr geräumig mit großer Terrasse. Die Einrichtung ist sehr hochwertig. Die Lage ist sehr zentral. Parken ist direkt beim Haus möglich. Wir können die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

We absolutely loved our stay in Mascalucia and wished we stayed longer. The team was so sweet! Aurelio is the best and even surprised us with a traditional granita breakfast and arancini snacks. Their hospitality is unmatched. We absolutely loved the villa, the tranquility of the private garden in the back (with kumquats and lemons we could enjoy), the gorgeous pool area, multiple terraces for meals, and the games room! The town is also conveniently located, an easy distance from Catania airport and super close to Etna explorations. We used it as a great base to see Syracuse, Taormina, Etna, and Catania. We will definitely be coming back and recommending this place to all our friends.

Sehr schöne, kleine Wohnung mit einem Traumblick vom Balkon über den kleinen Hafen. Modern, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet (Geschirr, Küchenutensilien, Handtücher etc.) Nette Lokale in der unmittelbaren Umgebung. Man ist in einer dörflichen Umgebung und doch nicht zu weit vom Zenrum Catanias entfernt. Mit dem Bus kommt man allerdings nicht so leicht hin, weil die eine Linie 534 zum Stadtzentrum nur sehr selten fährt. Es gibt aber 7 Minuten zu Fuß eine Bahnstation "Picanello", wo ca. jede halbe Stunde ein Zug zum Hauptbahnhof (und meist weiter zum Flughafen) fährt. Hätte Mario mir das vorher gesagt, hätte ich mir die 50 Euro fürs Taxi sparen können... Das ist aber schon das einzige, was ich an dieser Unterkunft auszusetzen habe!

L'appartamento è bellissimo e pulitissimo confortevole e soprattutto super accessoriato dalla cucina al bagno e alle camere da letto e soggiorno nn manca nulla. apprezzatissimo regalo di ben venuto , fatto a mano da Grazia😊 Consiglio assolutamente di pernottare in questo appartamento 'il cuore di Lavica', posto strategico a Pennisi , se dovete visitare la zona della riserva dei ciclopi Acitrezza, santa tecla ad Acireale, la bella Taormina ed il suggestivo Etna tutto molto vicino e facile da raggiungere!!! sono stata davvero soddisfatta del mio soggiorno e ringrazio di cuore dell' ospitalità offertami!!!

I’m not sure I can sum this up in 1000 words but our stay at Roberto’s was beyond any expectation. Not only was it spotlessly clean, perfectly located and had its own parking, it was a 5 minute walk to the cable car to Taormina town (quick 3-4 min ride). The nearby restaurants were phenomenal especially Bel Assai and Blum. Both walkable within 5 minutes. Roberto as a host is simply the best we’ve ever had. There were multiple snacks and beverages for us upon arrival and everything you could ever want from an Airbnb experience. His charm and care were off the charts. Tanjit, his very strong helper, was available for any questions or inquiries we had as well. All in all it was our favorite stay not only in Sicily but in the course of our 20+ Airbnb’s around the world. To be fair- yes, there are many steps to the property but every single one was worth the experience. If you get the opportunity book it immediately. There’s no place like it in the world.

Gwendalina's place was exactly as pictured and very centrally located right next to the cathedral and the fish market. The terrace was a great addition. Gwendalina was also super proactive with check-in and was very responsive. Definitely recommend!

We had a lovely stay at Stefano’s place. Perfect location close to everything and we loved having a drink on the terrace before dinner. Would 100% recommend.

Great location in the middle of everything in Catania. The neighborhood is very vibrant, music and people all around, however it decreased in the evening and never interfered with our sleep. The hosts were very helpful pointing out attractions and entertainment, also recommendations for restaurants as well as grocery stores. Very close to the Piazza del Duomo, the shopping district on Via Etnea, Ursino Castle, Greek-Roman theater, as well as many fine restaurants. Less than 15 minute cab ride to the airport as well.

Very nice, very clean, very good equipped and designed apartment. We can absolutely recommend to stay here! Beach, supermarket and good restaurants are available but ideally you have a car.

Virginie was one of the most helpful and proactive hosts we have come across at airbandb. She made booking in really easy and gave us lots of really useful information about the area. The apartment itself was much bigger than we expected. It was 5 star - clean, comfortable, quiet, great facilities. There were lovely places to eat and drink around the corner and we were able to walk to all the main areas. Thank you, Virginie!!
