The cottage is located in a smaller cottage area in the middle of Dalsland with proximity to both forest and lake. 80 meters from the cottage is Ivägssjön, which with its 11.4 km2 offers clean water, good fishing and good swimming opportunities. Proximity to the adventure center Dalslandsaktiviter with the restaurant Stenebygytan and Åmåls Skicenter. The host has another corresponding cottage next door for an additional 6 guests. The cottages are booked separately.

Lillstugan is located on a farm where there are cows, chickens, cats and dogs. The beds are made and there is breakfast in the fridge when you arrive. Lillstugan has 3 beds on the ground floor and 3 on the second floor. Kitchen has dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, electric stove with oven and wood stove. TV room with sofa. Small patio with garden furniture and grill. Balcony with seating. There are roads and trails in the forest where you can walk or bike. It is 300 meters to a private beach with a jetty.

Here you live in a spacious (75 m2) apartment in a converted barn with all the amenities, fireplace and patio with lake views. Only 300 meters to Kabbosjön with beach and docks. Here you can see wild animals roaming by such as deer and fox. You can enjoy nice forest walks, paddling, berry and mushroom picking. The accommodation has a large bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed. Living room with exit to patio and a sleeping loft with two single beds. There is also a single bed in the living room.

The cottage can accommodate up to 4 people and offers all the amenities you need: a fully equipped kitchen for home dinners, a bathroom with shower and a washing machine for longer stays. Wake up to birdsong, explore the canal by boat or kayak, and end the day with a barbecue by the water. Perfect for a relaxing vacation!

The Lerbukta Cottage is located in undisturbed, idyllic and peaceful surroundings. The Halden watercourse is floating past, and the distance to the lake Ara is just about 30 metres. The cabin is well equipped and has a large sitting room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, a tiled bathroom with shower, toilet and a washing machine. There is underfloor heating in the bathroom. The sauna is in the side building. The cabin has WiFi.

The apartment (32 sqm) is in the same property as our garage, which is at an angle to the apartment (ground floor). The property was built in 2017. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, stove and oven. The balcony faces south with sun until late afternoon. There is one bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room/kitchen. Clean and fresh.

Here you can relax in a small cottage that has most things. Lillstugan is located on a farm with animals and within walking distance to a small beach. The small village is called Håbol and the cottage is a stone's throw from the picturesque wooden church from the 1700s. The yard is quiet and peaceful, even if ordinary yard chores are performed nearby.
