The cottage is located in a smaller cottage area in the middle of Dalsland with proximity to both forest and lake. 80 meters from the cottage is located Ivägssjön which with its 11,4 km2 offers clean water good fishing as well as good bathing opportunities. Proximity to the adventure center Dalslandsactivites with the restaurant Stenebygytan and Åmåls Skicenter. The host has another corresponding cabin next door for another 6 guests. The cabins are booked separately.

Lillstugan has 3 beds on the ground floor and 3 on the second floor. Kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, electric stove with oven and wood stove. TV room with sofa. Small patio with garden furniture and grill. Balcony with seating. There are roads and trails in the woods where you can walk or bike. It is 300 m to your own beach with a jetty.
